Autumn was great. She gave a very informative presentation. She was able to answer all our questions. I would give her more than 5 stars if I could.

Response time was impressive especially since our location was mountain top. Daniel was extremely professional and informative .

My order was delivered within 3 days and fully put together. I also received a phone call it was on the way.

I was well examed, cared for, and medically cared for during my sickness. Doctors and nurses were outstanding. I could not be more pleased with my care during my sickness. My only fault is trying to get my medical records showing that I , at some time had a heart attack. I have insurance that WILL NOT PAY

if it does not show that I had a heart attack. Have tried numerious times, phone calls trying to get this information . I desperately need this since since
I missed work and have bills to pay. The Doctors told me that I had had a heart attack with days of my stay in the hospital. Have a pacemaker to keep heart in rythem. PLEASE HELP ME GET THE INFO. that I need.

Great guy, very kind and knew what he was talking about. The first person sent to me that asked me what I knew about the equipment! First one that ever pointed out detail that I needed to know!

Everyone I have dealt with AeroCare has been fabulous. Autumn has more patience than any three people I have ever seen. I am a particular tricky case and she is going out of her way to make sure I am comfortable with my therapy.

Brian was very polite caring. We had not gotten discharge papers yet at the hospital. Brian kept in touch with us until we got home so he could make sure we had our oxygen. Once here he took his time explained about the oxygen how the machine worked how to operate the tanks. Brian made sure I understood on how to work it all. If the other employees are as good polite as he was then you have a good company.
