Nice store , however prices when rung up don't match store signs on the racks.

I went to Old Navy this weekend because they had a 50% off sale on Back-to-School uniforms!
I’ll start by saying that I’m a bit frustrated but not quite for any reason you might be thinking.

When I was in I overheard shoppers dissing workers in regards to the appearance of the store. Yes, one department in particular was a complete mess! HOWEVER... that’s because of all the other customers in the store that were rummaging through racks and racks of discounted merchandise! It’s not in any way the associates fault for how the store looked on that day or on any other given day due to people having this “it’s not my house” mentality when they’re out and about, so they feel they’re entitled to leave stuff a wreck.

It’s not “their job” to pick up after slobs who come in and destroy everything but they do it regardless with little to no appreciation!

I seen all the associates putting in effort at trying to keep up with the mounds of laundry thrown down and all around!

I was especially impressed with ADRIANNA!
No matter how many times I approached her for various reasons, she indulged me with a smile and I am still thankful for her expert customer service.

Instead of complaining about the store being disheveled, how about you just pick something up next time and try to realize they are there to help & assist us, not clean up after us!

Their job is difficult enough and I’m certain each and every one person does not get the recognition they deserve.

Old Navy needs more petite selections in store. Love the clothes, but disappointed when a petite ( shorter inseam) is not available.

Old Navy is about the same in whatever town your in, at least that is my experience. It's clean, organized and you can always find a staff worker in each section of the store, which is great. They always have a smile on their face and are helpful for in what ever you need. Great place to shop.

Customer service was fantastic with Kaivea!

At 10:30pm on Thanksgiving day, they were willing to call another store to locate a particular pair of pants. And smiled the whole time. Every time we've gone in there it was clean and the staff are always helpful.

Cashier was absolutely the best! She was friendly and assisted me during my purchase. The store seemed a bit shopped but the fitting room was clean.

The staff were really friendly they even gave my son a little balloon which was above and beyond in service

I went in this store and recieved the most excellent customer service today they even told me to apply for a old navy card and recieved an extra 30 percent off they told me there names and I feel terrible about not remembering there names because I worked overnight and was exhausted but because of the young man and woman I will return to this establishment

Marisha was super nice and helpful. She over heard me looking for something and was quick to offer assistance. It was also pouring down raining and she let me know they sell umbrellas.

Always find a good value here. Gave the family PJs for Christmas and found all the men's tee shirts here during my first stop.

My wife always likes going to Old Navy and spend a lot of time just looking around picking through different clothes they had a good selection on shorts t-shirts dresses and also got a good selection for men and the store was kept very neat and clean and wait in line was it too awful long but the prices were a little bit out of our range but we were still able to get a few things
