AT&T Store

Had an amazing time in the store. The sales rep was very helpful and had a lot of knowledge to what was going on with my phone. I am very satisfied❤

I came in 10 minutes before close (I've worked retail and I know that's a terrible feeling). I just needed a charger and I did not feel rushed or pressured into buying something I didn't need. The salesperson was very nice and helpful. She went over the different options and told me about the warranty. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Customer service was excellent. The team went out of their way to help us to resolve our issues and gave us the best deal possible very friendly highly recommend.

jaelon was a great help. and kept us preoccupied while waiting on the phone. definitely a great worker. couldn’t be happier with my visit. i would recommend this location before any other locations.

If you ever need anything from ATT in the Memphis Tennessee area I highly recommend the store on Goodman Road and ask for Phia. She is AWESOME!!

The ladies in the store were amazing! They were helpful and friendly and worked until they figured out what was wrong with my phone. In the past, I avoided this particular store because the service was terrible. The ladies working that day completely changed my mind.

I received top notch service today while getting a new Apple Watch and also while getting help setting up the cellular data because of some technical issues. My guy, correct me if I’m wrong, Mike and Ian (I’m sure that’s spelled incorrectly) were extremely helpful and super chill. Help my guys out with a raise. Also, April who was the rep during my original visit to purchase the watch was just as cool. I’ll definitely be back!

Ian Scott is always a great help when i come into the store & connects with the customer in a way that makes them feel like they’re apart of the team. Overall, the whole staff is a great vibe & makes any process easy.
