I love going into the Richland store. The place is so clean everytime I go in there not to mention everything is in its place.. The workers are so amazing, they are always eager to help to help. I love the fact that when your song comes on and you are in line to check out that the cashier starts singing with you. And the Assistant Manager Christy is so good at her job. When you call to see if they have something the goes out of her way to help and she is so friendly on the phone.. Thanks Richland store keep up the great job...

I have never had a bad experience at this Walgreens location. Management and staff are knowledgeable about products, and are always eager to help you out! Keep up the good work!

Great place, awesome + friendly staff, good prices in store, & the folks at the pharmacy are very courteous & helpful, + they're about 3x as fast as Walmart/Kroger's Pharmacy at filling your prescriptions, (when u have them filled inside) drive thru drop off times can vary but are still prompt & punctual....

In my opinion this Walgreen's is the best pharmacy around Jackson(PERIOD!!).

Exceptional courteous staff. Welcome as a patron enters. Clean and well stocked. A real pleasure to go in and shop. Love the music.

The pharmacy at this particular Walgreens has absolutely no sense of urgency. I went through the drive-through, and the young lady had my medicine in her hand. All she had to do was put it in a bag and I counted the minutes. It took her five minutes to put the medicine in the bag and ring up my medicine. She was in no rush at all and we had a line out to the Highway. If you want get your medicine try to go and be the first person in line because you will spend the rest of your evening waiting on your medicine, and I only had one bottle. She moved as slow as she possibly could to bag my medicine. I was the 3rd car in line and I was there for 30 minutes.

The retail side of the store is fine but the pharmacy team is a joke. They fail to let you know when they don't have your meds. The girls in pharmacy think it's funny when you get upset because they don't have your meds and you're there to pick them up because the app said it's ready.

The store is always clean and well stocked. They should do a better job of training their cashiers. I returned items and tried to use the digital receipt. The cashier told me that I had to have a paper receipt and gave me a store credit for the items. The technology only works if cashiers are trained on how to use it.
