One of my favorite locations. Everyone working there is very knowledgeable about their products and promotions. They've answered a number of questions for me on coupons and sales over the years and are always helpful.

The people in there are super nice some more than others. An honorable mention, Is women by the name Emerald she helped me pick out good smelling products for gifts. Great customer experience on my end mates.

They were so gracious enough to allow us to shop past minute right before Christmas and I have to say thank you to the whole team. They even hooked my little girl up with a deer antler head band. Thank you all you he a great team ethic here.

Liddy was such a sweetheart helped me out and nailed all the fragrances I needed to pick out for my sons, daughters in laws and grandkids. She never rushed me and took the time to go over each one love it here!

The staff are so friendly here. They are practicing distancing protocols and are as touch free as possible inside the store. They have removed some of their selections for distancing purposes but have a large variety of products in stock. The shop is clean and I could see staff wiping down the surfaces frequently. I thought it was a good idea to have the single use shopping bags open and ready to go to collect your items instead of the reusable bags that were customary before COVID-19. Well done everyone and welcome back!

Great place to get some scents. A small warning to the men that come here. Yes, there is a bench outside. Yes there is a a mens section and only half of the scents smell the same as dish soap. The real reason as a man to come here is to make your wife happy and buy some candles yourself and maybe some lotions. You will not regret it. If you are not into scents and lotions, like I said, there is a bench outside.

Store didn't have the product on the shelf but staff got it right away.

I always enjoy coming here! In fact, I come in so much with my mom that the staff remember us. Alicia is always friendly, and makes sure to suggest products that she knows we will enjoy. She's the best! All of the staff here are great. The shelves are well stocked, and there's always a variety of soaps at the sink to try.

Despite this place being extremely crowded from the sale going on, the store was still very clean and every shelf was still fully stocked! The staff are very friendly and worked to make the line as quick as possible. Great experience!

I love my candles, but they keep going up in price.

Friendly staff, helpful when needing to find an item. Most of the time, they have the items in stock that I am looking for. If not they suggest a close item to match. Great deals

3 stars for online. When ordering o line, never fails, won't accept my card everytime! I was told this would be fixed but it hasn't been.

My wife and I had the best time at this store. Great items for your home or as gift for someone special. Visited the Lakeside store and pamper yourself to great gift you won't regret it.
