Circle K

Believe it or not a long time ago I used to work for circle K this Circle K even though it may be in the hood the employees take the time to make sure that the polar pop station is clean and well stock which is the cleanest polar pop station I've seen in years the people that worked there actually do care about each other and care about the community especially Teresa unfortunately the manager that was there who Was actually getting things done was actually really good his name was Mason he transferred to another store I do have a complaint and if somebody could help me out that would be wonderful I went and paid $34 on April 9th to April 9th to get gas at a pack of cigarettes I received my cigarettes and the pump was set but the hose hit the high grades so I hung the pump up the girl at the counter told me that the money would revert back to my Card because I didn't pump it i have literally filed a dispute with my card Carrier and I've gone back to the store but unfortunately I don't know who's managing the store because Mason doesn't work there anymore and at the time he was the manager so I had an employee say that they would send my my phone numbe To Mason because they knew how to contact him because they knew how to contact him and I haven't received any information back

This place is amazing and the store manager is one of the best managers ive seen in a long time if you ever get a chance come visit this location and see for yourself

The daytime staff are wonderful and deserve 5 stars for friendliness and service. The daytime manager here never smiles and is not friendly. They have recently hired someone new at night, while efficient, she is not friendly at all and barely speaks to you. Almost as if you are bothering her by being a customer. I realize hiring is a challenge these days, but when you are in retail, friendly customer service should be a priority.

Not very nice service

Last gas station I will ever come to again in the area the girl behind the counter was extremely rude to me because apparently I interrupted her phone call My Rewards was not put in correctly because I pretty much get the same thing every week at every Circle K this time I was not rewarded the gas price I was to get and God forbid I had her bring it again and the gas was canceled for some reason. If my business isn't appreciated here I can gladly take it somewhere else

The ((worst gas station no milk the fridge cooler not working properly not fixing the problem when ask what's going on with stocking product. waste of time ...

Store manager Toshara is rude and needs to be removed. She’s verbally combative and incites conflicts with customers. She’s very dismissive and needs training. Myself and an elderly woman both put gas on our pumps. Both of us came back inside to advise that the pumps were not working. She said the pumps were working and basically dismissed both of us. Her treatment toward the elderly woman was deplorable and requires reprimand

It's a guessing game wether or not the store is open in the evening time, today I went and again the doors were locked, thought maybe cashier needed to use restroom, but I see the cashier and she looks at the people at the door and turns around and goes and hides in the managers room. Maybe we should call first

They need to shut this location down and I see why they can't keep employees. The store manager is the rudest, most entitled person I've ever conducted business with. Here we are 830am and she has the door locked, while customers are trying to get things and she's literally ignoring them. Never again and it's always the same issue with the same person.
