Wendy's Closet on Central

We have visited Wendy’s Closet two times now and both times we have loved our shopping experience! The shop is full with hundreds of different clothes from jeans to jackets to t-shirts to boots and so much more. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and Wendy is such a delight to talk to and interact with, she makes shopping here 10 times better than other places. The deals here are also insane, we get amazing prices on high quality and vintage clothes that we wear all the time, for example my girlfriend loves her jeans more than pairs from any other store because they are such good fits and high quality. We love Wendy’s Closet and will visit every time we are in St. Petersburg!

this is the coolest store I have ever been in. real vintage, fair prices, and absolutely insane unique pieces.everything in there is a gem. I just picked up my all time favorite pieces from here. the customer service is phenomenal. I am from Michigan and will be coming back to St Pete just to come here.
and again, I am blown away at how reasonable everything is priced. amazing organization also.

some advice: if you’re looking for something, ask! the customer service is amazing and they will help you find something you’ll obsess over.

I bought a pair of betula sandals from Wendy & she told me if they broke in 3 months to bring them in to do an exchange. They unfortunately didn’t hold up that well & I brought them back. Wendy was so nice & had excellent customer service. She immediately was like “I’m sorry they broke but feel free to find any other pair back there & exchanged them” she walked me back to the section & then even let me keep the broken pair to try to fix them up.

She is a really good person to do business with! Cares a lot about her customers & her products

At first, it was overwhelming, but Wendy and her amazing staff came to rescue, and it was a blast. Got hooked up for a 70s themed bday party and got a couple killer pairs of shoes ta boot. Thanks, Wendy and team!

Endless racks, and bins of great clothes. I never leave without a crazy deal on something that I end up wearing regularly.

I have no idea why some of these other reviews are dragging Wendy! She seemed really down-to-earth. The store was packed with tons of cool stuff, and most everything was reasonably priced. The staff was also amazing and made sure we were taken care of. We'll be back!

My favorite thrift store of all time. Definitely on the higher price end, but it’s all vintage dead stock so it’s still reasonable for what you get. Wendy can find you just about anything if you ask.

My first visit last Thursday to Wendy’s closet will not be my last. Great selection of clothing, well organized, very clean store and extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. Wendie herself is a real character and it’s not to be missed. This is one great store.

Best vintage store I’ve ever been in. Wendy is awesome and as a first time visitor offered help many times and was able to show me where to go for anything I was looking for. Best selection of tees and fair pricing. I’ll be back often and bring friends! True vintage shopping! It’s a treasure!

Ive always heard stories of this store and i just knew i had to visit eventually. As soon as i walked in it was like being inside a candy store, they had everything you could possibly think about. Ill definitely be here every weekend🫶🏻

My goodness, I absolutely fell in love with this place! Wendy is such an amazing woman, helped my daughter and I out so much in a pinch when I needed an outfit for a film. It not only made me stand out, but it got me bumped up into the forefront of a scene!! I cannot wait to come back and enhance my wardrobe.

Truly the cleanest, most organized, and FULL OF *ABSOLUTE TREASURES* vintage store I’ve ever been to (and trust me, I’ve been to a loootttt .. all over the country). A GEM! On top of it, the employees are not only kind but also knowledgeable AND helpful. My new favorite place!!!

i went there with my family today, it was an incredible experience! so much clothes of great quality for all tastes and the employees were so nice and helpful. i 100% recommend, best thrift store by far!
