I was shopping nearby and decided to check this shop out. I’m glad I did, I was greeted by Raz immediately and he was very helpful. He let me test out all the flavors of the vapes they had which is always good and even made sure to remind me to check that it works before purchase!

Purchased 3 vapes. Had an issue with one. Came back the next day and the issue was clear. So even though the standard is, "if you leave the premises you can't return," the manager was still going to replace the one with the evident issue.

There was some confusion during the exchange. The owner happened to arrive at this time. He proceeded to instruct his employees to just give me a free vape because he wanted me to be happy. He put Customer satisfaction first and I appreciate that. In the end he gave me ANOTHER free vape, so I got one replaced and two free, which, again, was not necessary but appreciated.

I walked out with an extra vape or two and he gained a loyal customer.
