One of the best experiences I’ve had at a Bath and Body Works. All of the employees were super kind and very helpful. Thank you to all the ladies who were working tonight you’re all awesome:) Definitely will make my way back!

Wife and I go here often to stock up on candles, wallflowers, hand sanitizers throughout the year. The staff is always helpful and there is a wide variety of scents for the whole family.

The kids love washing their hands with the new scented soaps!

Great location! Associates are always kind and helpful (but not too much where you can't enjoy yourself!) and I feel like sometimes they have a better selection than other locations. Heather was the manager for a long time and was absolutely wonderful, and the associate who took her place is wonderful as well. It's like shopping with all your besties when I go here! Even when busy, you never are made to feel like an annoyance. You always feel welcomed here. Best place in entire mall!

Super store, an abundance of products and friendly staff

We have been coming here for the past 2 years from Celebration because of Miss Sydney. We were checking out when she noticed our soap holder was chipped, and went to the back to get us a new one; she even made a box and wrapped it! Thank you from Chris and Mitchy!

Literally the only store left in the mall worth going into. The gals working there are always welcoming, friendly and super helpful. I asked for something I didn't see on the shelf. The kind employee said what I wanted wasn't in season anymore, but she'd check. And low and behold, she found just what I wanted in the back room. I couldn't be happier. I always leave with what I want and more!

My wife went in to buy her candles and fragrances for the house. This place smells so good every time we walk in this place. It is inside the Oviedo Mall. She was able to buy what she want it. A bunch of candles and a beautiful candle holder. For a 3 Wick candle. I let her buy what you want. Happy wife happy life. The girls here working. We're very helpful oh, and helping my wife find what you needed. We goofed a little bit and laugh. Money Was No Object. It's one of the favorite things my wife loves to do thank you. Gilby auto mall with a little bit busy. But that's a good thing. Business is starting to thrive again. And I'm glad that things are getting back so little bit normal. I still wear my mask. And Kudos on everyone who worked at. Thank you for your assistance and your patience. And I know you tried too hardest to find things but my wife requested. I know certain items are seasonal items. And you still try to find them for her. Thank you again I'll see you in the next two weeks.

Great place with very nice people. I take my mother here because they are very kind and helpful.

My first time back into the store since the pandemic, and they are very organized and have a great system. They have everyone disenfect before they enter the store, and there are plenty of employees to disenfect the items that have been touched.

I love shopping the Oviedo Mall B&BW because the ladies here always greet you and ask if you need help. I also love just chatting them up because they're that sweet. I've only ever had an issue getting my free coupon in the mail but they were quick to make me happy and ensured I received one every month. The store is always stocked and clean, and the ladies here work hard to decorate.

I just visited the Bath and Body in Oviedo mall (store 81018) and had one of my BEST shopping experiences EVER! Claudia was incredibly helpful and had a wonderful spirit about her! I will go out of my way to visit this location in the future just to have the kind of service Claudia offers!! Thank you, Claudia, for making my entire day brighter!!!

Found my missing fragrance (flannel wall refill) from here and picked up a new one(leaves) the ladies in the store was very friendly and helpful. I love this place.
