Smoker’s Den

Visited the Den on my Travels thru New Hampshire. The staff was exemplary and the knowledge of the products they sold was very informative and educational. I learned things I didn’t realize about the products. The prices were very reasonable

Had to change my 5 star review to a 1 star after I heard that Nick had been fired. He is honest and loved his job. I know that it is thru no fault of his own. He has always been helpful every time I came in. Whether I couldn't make up my mind or if I had questions about anything. Always polite and friendly. He was the only reason I actually went there. I will not be shopping there again.

I travel over an hour just to come to this vape shop. Great prices and a lot of the times they run deals or specials. And the customer service is impeccable. They are not pushy or trying to sell you things that you don't need, just there to help you find the things that you actually need. Will continue to do business here.

I never write reviews but I would be crazy if I did not give this place five stars and the best review I could. First off like the last review their prices are very amazing along with great quality! Their customer service is superb and you will not feel more at home at any other store. My first time there and it was like I knew the two owners my whole life. They made me feel like we had been friends or even family. They are seriously the best in my opinion and if you visit you WILL agree. They are not about the money. They take true pride in their business and what they do and with them you can have your cake and eat it too. They'd even wash the plate for you. What I'm saying is nowhere else have I had great prices great quality and way way more important than that great customer service you will not find anywhere else. As soon as you walk through the door you are family and friend. Not a customer. I love them already and will religiously go back every chance I can. Thank you both so much for EVERYTHING!!

Went in for a few things. The staff was crazy knowledgeable about their wares and really eager to answer any questions you might have, not in the way a sales person would but as someone who is your bud you feel like you've known for ages.

Bottom line: Quality products, chill atmosphere, incredible prices.

This was my first time here and my experience was amazing. Great products, beautiful pieces. The customer service was fantastic, and the prices were Affordable considering other head shops around. I will definitely be coming back.

AMAZING service! I’ve been to many vape/smoke shops and I have to say Smokers Den has given an experience I haven’t had at many other shops before. This was my first time here and I had the pleasure of speaking with one of the owners, you can truly tell as soon as you walk through the door you’re in for a great experience. Knowledgeable about their products, extremely fair prices, and amazing customer service what more could you ask for! Definitely made a permanent customer out of me!

I went into the location and was so impressed with his customer service and knowledge with him helping the client in front of me that I decided I would challenge him a little :) Justin nailed all my questions and got me back into a VAPE that I am in LOVE with! Do not judge from outside. Although small and may not have what everyone has, they make up for it. I saw things there I haven't seen at other places and they still had my regular vape juice in stock. There was really no issue because what they don't have they will order for you. I had very little info on the vape I was looking for and was told if I could even bring in a pic, they would help me find it and order it. 🤯

My favorite place to buy my vapes. I had never vaped before and Justin was awesome. His prices are awesome and he has great deals most of the time. I will never go any other place. He has great customer service he explains everything to and he will throw suggestions out go by and see him u won't regret it!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great prices. The owner is a great person. Relaxed atmosphere good selection. If you ever went to instant images aka kens in Newport this is the most similar experience in my opinion.

Great vibe walking. Friendly no pressure sales. Asked what I was looking for and that is what I got. Great selection for a small shop and the people are killer. Got myself a nice yocan pen for my concentrates. Thank you for the help :)

This place is amazing. First, their prices are less expensive then other smoke shops. The owner is very nice, even gave me a break when I was short a few bucks. This is the place to shop for your smoke needs for sure!!!

Was a great place to shop at. Have bought multiple items from them. Recommend to anybody that’s in the area full time or just passin through. Right across the bridge into Lancaster from lunenburg. Attached to the truck stop. Can’t miss it.
