Just recieved my 2 queen beds , and the 2 men were so nice and took my old beds and cleaned up , and took all the garbage !!!

Bought a mattress and box spring from Rich Bedding in March and was very pleased with the product and service. After a bit, we decided the box spring made it too high to comfortably get in and out of the bed. We went back to the store, and the owner, Bobby, was there and agreed to exchange the box springs for a low profile model. This is a step out of the ordinary for them but they were willing to work with us, and we greatly appreciated the great customer service. We will definitely be back to check out some of their other items!

Unbelievable service, don't remember the gentleman's name (said he has 3 cats - I have 2), but working with him was a breeze and he was able to arrange to deliver my bed the same day. Saved me. THANK you
