AT&T Store

This new store is great! Don't get confused by the other reviews here. This is a brand new store that just recently opened. I'm not sure why Google combined a page from an old store that doesn't exist anymore, and this new store.

Brought the whole family in today and received excellent customer service from Doug (the manager). He was extremely knowledgeable and knew just what we needed! He made sure we got the best deal we could from the current promotions, and we left very statisified with all our new devices.

An all around excellent experience that I would highly recommend to anyone. I will continue to go to this store for our families' needs, even though it's not the closest to our home. The service was worth the drive.

Stopped in today for assistance with my bill and Vanessa was very helpful in explaining my bill and assisted with finding me an awesome deal on some chargers! Much different experience than the store in Warrenton. I will be coming here going forward.

Amilio helped my friend and I on two seperate occasions in the same week, approximately 5 hours and made a very difficult time for myself easier. He was always, polite, helpful and considerate. Amilio is a 5 star customer service representative. I highly recommend this At&t store and Amilio. 😊

Raini has helped me numerous amounts of times and will always be my go to! She’s so sweet and patient. She’s helped me with simple tasks from purchasing cases and screen protectors to adding lines and porting numbers from a different carrier. She very educated in her work. And so professional. If you ever need help, she’s the one you wanna go see! Thank you for you help!

The last 2 times I have been in there the guys who have “ helped “ me have been horrible. They aren’t informed of what’s going on. Today I went in for a replacement screen protector and to inquire about the iPhone 15. He told me the dust I was seeing underneath the screen protector would work itself out 😑 I worked for a phone store .. that does indeed not happen. Then when I asked about the new iPhone all they could tell me was that it was light weight and thin 😩 where in the world is Raini????

Came into the establishment for the first time the other day and spoke with Deangelo and he helped me out with all my questions and concerns definitely recommend being seen with him for anything at this store.

Rainy is so knowledgeable in her field. It was a pleasure listening to her absolute expertise when it came to her explaining my new phone to me. She made it enjoyable and at the same time a learning session. Love her. She deserves to be compensated for her friendliness as well. Never once did she rush me through anything.

Tori was also well trained in this technical field. She also never rushed me and was ver personable.

It was a true blessing to have met these ladies today.

I visited the store recently for some help switching over from T-Mobile, was immediately impressed by the way staff handle business. It’s was one of the most pleasant interactions I’ve had in a store. Edgar was very helpful in making sure everything ran smoothly and in a timely manner. He made sure everything was clear and concise, very professional. I could not of had a better experience at any other AT&T, these guys are the best!

I came in to AT&T because I was so very unhappy with VERIZON both with pricing and service. Zackery the manager took great care of me. Switched my phone over and provided me with great service! I was reluctant to switch but his professional approach and patience he sold me over. He has made the transition very comfortable.

I recently switched to AT&T and from the very beginning, Alberto, Edgar, and Raini gave me their absolute all. This is a great team, they all are so informative, personal and professional. Because of this, I have returned multiple times to get upgrades, purchases and add lines. I will only ever deal with this group, and they know it! I can not recommend this location enough! You will leave not only satisfied but, FULLY taken care of!!!! Great job guys, thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for all of your hard work and dedication ❤

Rainy, Ian and Raymond where so helpful! We had an issue restoring an iPhone and they all worked together to help us solve the problem. We are so thankful for their kind and professional attitudes :)

Not sure who the manager was at the Apple blossom mall but he deserves a promotion or a raise. The service was excellent and the energy was ecstatic.

The service we received at this location was the best we have had at a AT&T location in the past 12 years. Alberto was great! He was very knowledgeable and helpful and went the extra mile to make sure we got the products we needed and had our information loaded on our new iPhones. Was a great experience

I could have not walked in to a more helpful store period. As I've went into multiple locations and could not get as near as the great service I got at this location. Alberto was very helpful with the help of Edgar and were both able to get the job done where others failed. I would highly recommend this store they are both knowledgeable and very informative and most importantly patient and kind BEST ATT STORE Winchester area. Very pleased with them.

Store in the Apple Blossom Mall is OPEN!! Alberto was awesome! Extremely knowledgeable and professional! He had me set up and going on my new phone and watch much faster than I expected. Great customer service, super easy, fast and efficient! Thanks!!

Best in store experience so far. Ashley was knowledgeable, pleasant, and best of all she listened to what I wanted. I didn't have to argue for my choice, she gave me lots of helpful information, and this was by far the fastest purchase of a new iPhone that I've ever experienced. I was in and out, no hassle, I will definitely be back for my husband and children's phones.

This is my new go to store for all my AT&T business. My wife and I were there on Friday June 4 for an upgrade. The staff was great. They were having a problem with their Wi-Fi but they worked thru it and gave us the best 👌 customer service ever. Thanks to DeVaugh and everyone else.

Switched from Verizon to AT&T. Stopped at this location to upgrade my iPhone. Phone wasn't in stock but they did 2-Day shipping to the store. Backed up my phone and picked up the new one. No hassles. Better pricing and more trade-in $ for my previous iPhone model. Pleasant experience.
