Walgreens

Clean. Has a lot of items for those who are from out of town and in need. I noticed some bare spots on shelves but I guess that means lots of people use the stuff and it's hard to keep items in. Mainly face cream for acne. Everything they have plenty of. Staff is good.

The drive-through for getting your prescriptions is a great help you never have to even get out of the car. It is a bit slow, though, for a drive thru of any sort.

It would be helpful for the correct hours to the pharmacy be updated here on their google listing. They close at 6:00 PM. Not 9:00 PM.

Has your standard items. I did stand in line to get my medication, about 15 minutes

THIS PHARMACY & THEIR PHARMACISTS ARE AWFUL. I would give a -100 if i could. I struggled forever for them to accept an approval to pick up my prescription early & everytime my doctor called or the transferring pharmacy, walgreens would NOT accept the approval. When i asked the pharmacist why, she was not helpful at all in explaining the situation. Both girls i spoke to at the pharmacy were rude and I was not able to get my medication. This is not the only walgreens ive had problems at either. They almost never have enough to fill my prescription and i always transfer it elsewhere, thats why i dont use it unless its an absolute emergency.

The worst customer service in the world. These people have no clue as to what they are doing Elizabeth in the pharmacy. She is very rude and disrespectful. I can see why people get their prescriptions from a local family owned pharmacy. This Walgreens needs to be shut down.

The worst customer service experience in my entire life especially the store Manager who knew nothing about their online system that is not user friendly. I will never shop here.
I live in Colorado and my minor son lives in Powell. The doctor prescribed medicine for my son because of his disabilities. We had it sent to Walgreens and I told them I live in Colorado so can I pay for medicine over phone with my credit card, they said no you would have to go online and set up profile with your credit card. I had to call 1-800 number to help me through this....they walked me through this and added request for medicine, the customer service at the 1-800 number helped me more then the store who blew me off. I staff at my son's school made 3 trips to pharmacy and was told we need code and couldn't see credit card so couldn't pick up medicine. We went around for a week meanwhile my son didn't have his medication. Which they really didn't care. Finally we had to switch to walmart who was very understanding. I'm surprised these people have no heart. I wouldn't recommend this Walgreens and I been with Walgreens for years not in this town Cody, WY.
