Fantastic experience. Very well organized, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Everything you would expect for a Sherwin William Store. The store is easy to see from the road. Easy access in and out if you are in a large vehicle or towing a trailer.

You get what you pay for. If you buy quality paint from experts, you get a quality look in your home. Plus, there’s no waiting around for someone to finally come help you like at Home Depot. They literally greet you as you walk in the door. Plus if you need something, they don’t tell you where it is at SW...they walk over and get it for you!!

The company that we used to remodel our master bath and bedroom a year ago used Sherwin-Williams of Warrenton to purchase the paint that they used on the wall. I called on Friday to see if there was anyway they could track down the color that they used because I had a few places in the wall that needed to be touched up. Jared was able to track down the exact color used for me and the date! He went out of his way to stick a note on his desk so when I came in to purchase another gallon he wouldn't need to look it up again. I came in and purchased the gallon today and was really just blown away with how great their customer service really is! I got home and touched up the wall and you can't even tell a difference!! Whenever we need paint for our home, this is the place to go!!!

I would tell them that your employees are very helpful & take the time to help you with the colors (difference in light, for example). Also, Jeremy presented to me a package of the accessories I was looking at instead of buying them piece-meal.
