I forgot what her name was but she helped us on may 7 around 5pm after the other Verizon store turned us away. We drove all the way from Yellowstone so we were so grateful to her for doing a fast job and being so friendly.

My husband and I needed a new phone, and an upgrade for me. we first went to the Verizon up on the hill, when you first come into Cody . The people at that Verizon were so rude, and talked to us like we were stupid. They were also mad when we refuse to get protection on our phones . so we ended up leaving and going to Verizon down by Walmart (on Yellowstone, the one I’m writing review on) They were so kind, and very helpful. We ended up talking, and joking with them the entire time they were helping us. 10 out of 10. I would recommend going to this Verizon over the other one in Cody. And for some odd reason, the Verizon down by Walmart was cheaper than the other Verizon. Dustin , was super helpful with everything we needed done. He was very knowledgeable, and funny.

The ladies who work in this store are very helpful. I was receiving pictures to my gallery file that I did not take. They took the time to research the problem and solved it for me. Thank you. Also, never once did they try to sell me a new plan or talk me into a phone upgrade. Best non-Verizon store I have ever entered.

Rosie is a credit to your company, not only did she take the time to ensure all my apps were downloaded and working properly,
she also made certain all my data, pictures, etc. was transferred prior to erasing my old phone. She even took the time to get the data from an extremely secure application for which I had difficulty in recalling the password.
She then patiently explained to me everything about the model I was getting.
I will never deal with another Verizon employee, if given a choice. I will go out of my way to have her assist me. She's that good.

I can't say enough about Rosie!!!! I witnessed her patience the other day when a man came in and was totally rude. She spent 30 min trying to explain a simple change on a plan and he acted like he couldn't understand English. Then she asked the other employee who also tried to explain and it was the same thing. The way they handled this man was amazing! I would have yelled at him!!
Rosie has always been nothing but helpful. I don't understand my phone at all and she always makes me feel good and is great at explaining so I understand.
I won't go anywhere else!! This store is amazing. They make you feel like family!!!

Trista worked very hard to make sure our needs were met. She dealt with many customers simultaneously and was able to help everyone. The only complaint I would have is this store in Cody should have at least 2 employees especially on a Saturday as is took longer for Tristan to accommodate everyone. Not her fault- poor management

Brissa was very helpful and so pleasant to work with while setting up my new phone. She went above and beyond to help us out with the multiple changes we had. Gave us honest answers and saved us money. I dreaded getting a new phone but needed one desperately as mine was very old, and she made the whole process simple, fast and was very competent. She is a great salesperson.

The service here was exceptional. Rosie as well as her daughter were both extremely professional and helpful. We are thrilled that they help to service the Big Horn Basin

Katy was very personable and friendly throughout my visit and so helpful in explaining things new to me. I definitely will be returning to this business, as it was such a pleasant experience.

Bri was AMAZING!!! She stayed late so I could get a new phone after my screen broke 😭 AND she wasn't annoyed or rude for having to stay late. She was so sweet and we just talked while we waited for my stuff to transfer over which took a long time. My schedule is crazy and if I hadn't done it tonight I would have had to wait for another week. I appreciated it so much...we need more people like her that are patient with customers and willing to stay late and help. Her customer service was great!!! Thank you so much!!!

Rosie was excellent! I'm not an easy customer when it comes to buying phones. Rosie was patient and understood my concerns. We even had the power go out in the middle of setting up the new phone and she didn't miss a beat. We finished up the transaction in the dark and she was professional through it all.

Went in this afternoon with my mom to help her upgrade her phone (she had a flip phone not that long ago). Jordan was beyond helpful to her. He was so nice and patient with her and made good suggestions and paid attention to what she wanted. I definitely recommend working with Jordan, but if the others working there are half as good as him you'll be in good hands!

Brissa & Rosa were the best to work with. They took the time to get to know me and helped me pick a phone and plan that was best for me. I would definitely recommend and can’t wait to work with them in the future. :)

Rosie was amazing! Very friendly, social, and helpful! We are from PA and I dropped my phone while exploring Yellowstone and needed a quick replacement/upgrade. She took care of us and we were back on our way to enjoying vacation!! If you’re in the Cody, WY, area, I highly recommend them!! Thank you again!!

Brissa was extremely helpful. My phone which had spent the day taking pictures and videos at Yellowstone, decided to brick overnight. I headed to this store and Brissa helped me recover by getting me set up on a new phone and my own plan. She went above and beyond. The two employees were so helpful and cheery. I usually dread having to deal with all things involved with trouble-shooting cell phones. They were so great to take time to help me get my issue figured out and on my way! Highly recommend!!

Brissa was the kindest, most competent, and most patient cell phone person I've ever dealt with. added bonus: she's wildly witty and funny too-- no extra charge 🙂 Oh, and she stayed 45 minutes past closing time to get my new phone all set up-- who does that?? 2 thumbs up!!
