We used Lowes to buy and install wood laminated flooring. They were super easy to deal with. The right price and great Installation. The installers had everything completed in just a few hours. Then a representative of Lowes came to look at the work and check for any defects. We are very happy with the entire process from beginning to end. Recommend highly. Below are before and after shot

I've never been to a better Lowe's! Lisa was extremely helpful in the floors and during checkout. Tug, the store supervisor, was incredibly helpful to this DIY mom! I had a tropical plant delivery got to receiving at 6pm got to keep it real I met the greatest person in receiving his name Terell Rainey he took me with a smile on his face and a wonderful spirit Lowes you have a fantastic employee take care of the brotha.

Great trip 2 Lowes 2day. I got a thingy so the back screen door won't slam shut anymore and I got a couple cans of paint that were on clearance. I like their already low prices but I love when I get even cheaper prices on clearance!

We purchased a chest freezer on 10/24/23. We asked for help loading it in our car. There were all these young people standing around talking. Only the cashier was working. It was self check-out. No one came over to help. I saw this wonderful man named John S. He came to help us. He understood our issue. We offered him a tip which he refused. He has a very strong work ethic. He needs to be acknowledged. Thank you John S.

Officially my DIY store of choice. Best selection in all departments, easy returns when needed, typically very good service. A well run company. Home Depot should take a lesson here!

We were at your store last week Nov 2nd. As I was loading my truck I tripped over a thick piece of metal wire that my back tire ran over, and was lifted up about 6in.I fell forward and down I went. I didn't even get all the way up , and 2 Lowe's employies came running out to make sure I was ok. I should have gotten their names but I was more embarrassed than anything. Thanks again to these 2 gentleman.

I was looking for some storage bins to help a family who had been displaced from their home and was referred to this store who had 64 in stock but when looking in the designated location the items
were not there. A very nice employee named Tina said I will check to see if they are zoned in another part of the store. Yes they were being stored in the lumber area. She and another employee Edward “Ed” retrieved all of the bins I needed and were very pleasant and helpful. This store is very lucky to have such dedicated employees. Thank you.

A great store to shop. Well organized; well stocked, well lit and priced right. Spoke to at least 3 individuals in a very short time and they all stopped and gave me their full attention. A very pleasant experience at a store with great personnel. Happy to repeat a visit.

Upon an unannounced delay waiting for a delivery from Lowe’s.. we called the store to check the status of why our product didn’t arrive on the scheduled date. Luckily, we connected with Angela who went above and beyond to help us.. she kept in touch to make sure we received our answers which included a few call backs from her. She truly went out of her way and I can confidently say it’s the best customer service we have received in a long time. Thank you, Angela!

My go-to place for all my DIY needs. Very friendly and helpful staff. They also seem to work well as a team particularly on busy days.

Staff very polite and helpful. Had a problem with a purchase the manager got involved and continually apologized for the time it took to correct the issue. My go to Lowes location!!

Susan from the plant department was an absolute delight! She was very helpful and personable and didn’t mind answering our silliest of questions! Thank you for the help picking out the right plant and potting soil while also answering questions about our plants at home! We look forward to seeing her and picking her brain again!!!

Needed a new storm door and trying to order through the app was being very challenging as the app kept changing either the color/glass/size once in the cart.

Went in store to see why there was a issue and to instead try ordering through the store. Matt was able to generate a quote with all the correct specs, but the system was not saving it so that it could be forwarded to the Pro desk so that we could check out. After multiple attempts to rectify this, Shateama came to try and resolve the issue. Connor was call over to see what the issue was and finally was able to find the order and we were able to check out. Thank you all for your persistence. It's silly to say I had my heart set on that door but I would of be sad if it couldn't happen.

Very helpful and informative garden staff members. One employee even took the time to get another employee off a jack to assist us in our needs. Great customer service!

I personally feel that this location has a wider gardening selection than the Home Depot down the road.

Love buying flowers this time of the year, and buying vegetables to plant. Everything looks so beautiful. I had to buy dirt 50 pounds and their was no help. I needed mulch 6 bags well I could only get 2 bags because I couldn't pick up the bags, I spent 160.00 dollars and said to myself why am I spending money when I can't get someone to help me. My back hurt me that night and I haven't gone back to get my mulch. I give the store 5 stars for my beautiful flowers and vegetables, but 2 stars for no customers services.

Lowes corporate really screwed us over. An large online order was almost a month late, with 4 scheduled deliveries that didn't happen, and my husband and I taking days off for each attempt. Frustrated, we cancelled the order, intending on going to Home Depot.

I figured, give the store one last chance. The store manager, Damien, along with Sherrie and Noah, made it happen, with Noah saying "These folks are going to leave here happy tonight." We left the store with all of our items, prices matched and order complete. They are all A+, and they're the reason I'll still be a customer of Lowes in Plymouth Meeting.
