AT&T Store

I went to the store to get a charger and was greeted warmly by the new store Manager Sammy. He was awesome. He helped me choose the best cable for my phone and went over my options for getting a new one. Even though the store had a few other customers in it, I did not feel rushed because Sammy took his time. This was a completely different experience than I have had at this location. They really got a good one with Sammy. I will be coming back with my family and friends for his assistance and expertise!

Great service! JP helped my family out with upgrading 2 phones, adding a new line for our son, and transferring all data to the new phones. He even stayed late to help us make sure everything was set up up properly. Greatly appreciated!

I bought last 4 phones from this location, but today I received such good service from Raisa that I had leave a review. She went over all the options and costs very carefully. Left with a brand new iPhone 15 pro max with less than I was paying before.

I came to this location because I had an issue w my phone, I was assisted by Samuel & his team. My problem was addressed and fixed super fast They were all super professional & also informed me on upgrades & promotions I could take advantage of on my plan. I would deff recommend coming here and plan on returning for future upgrades.

If I could give this store 10 stars, I would! I was such on a time crunch and the new manager Sammuel was such a huge help!! He got my new phone set up for me after telling him I was in a rush. He was super attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable it also helped that he told me he had a lot of experience. Thanks Sam!

i went in to buy a new screen protector and was greated by the store manager Sammy, Sammy was able to make sure i got the right screen protector for my phone and reminded me about the iphone coming out soon. i had no clue a new iphone was on the way and i will definitely will be coming back to get one from him.

I had such a great time when I was at your Centreville store. Angie explained each time she did something new so that I understood what I needed to know while upgrading my phone. She is very knowledgeable and efficient. At the end I was completely satisfied.

Angie and Raisa were wonderful. They spent a couple of hours with me to help me transition services from my old phone to my new phone. From a customer service perspective they were fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone. Great service.

Hello! I am writing this review on my new iPhone 15 Pro with the very pretty case I recently purchased at this store in Centreville Virginia. With the expert, courteous , professional and patient help I received from Wilber, Hussein and Eric , I was able to not only get the accessories I needed , but valuable information and instruction about my new phone. Having jumped from an iPhone 8 to the iPhone 15 Pro , this was very helpful and much appreciated ! Thank you Wilbur, Hussein and Eric for making it easier to get to know my new phone!

Wilber Hernandez has far been the most helpful manager I have ever spoken to. He professional and knows all the answers. This one of the reason why I left my previous phone provider. Give this guy a raise!

Went to trade in my iPhone 11 Pro Max and swipe out the privacy screen protector on my iPhone 15 pro max and sales associate Raisa was super helpful in installing the screen protector and assisting me with erasing all the data on my old iPhone that I traded in. Would definitely recommend this location!

Hussein helped me fix my phone. After 2.5 hours of being patient with me. He was on the phone with customer service for me and spoke with Apple, was on hold for over an hour with Apple but he was professional and patient. Hussein was the first AT&T employee to help me with my issue.
So my iPhone 13 Pro Max randomly stopped sending iMessages, stopped FaceTiming and I could only do outgoing calls 50% of the time. I originally took my phone into an AT&T store in Maryland and their solution was I needed a new phone. So I upgraded my phone and the same thing was happening with my new phone (iPhone 15 Pro Max). So that frustrated me. So I took my phone into Apple and they told me to go back to AT&T and tell them I need a 5g plan. I told them I already had a 5g plan and they responded that I need a new eSIM with a 5g plan. So I went to AT&T and asked for a 5g plan. They told me I already had one. AT&T played around with my phone to see if they could figure out the issue but they were unsuccessful. After a few days of complaining I was on the edge of going to get an android since my iPhone features weren’t working but I gave it one more try.
I went to a new AT&T store in VA. I walked in on a Sunday at 12pm when they first opened. I walked in and they couldn’t figure it out either. Hussein worked with me and was patient enough to call customer service for me and helped advocate for me. He went through the hoops speaking to multiple people on the phone. The end result was that we FINALLY got ahold of someone that could fix my issue.
