Came in around Christmas time to get Doc Martens for work. Had an amazing experience, many associates asked to assist me.

Unbeknownst to them, they helped a homeless person have shoes that'll last me the next few years. Since we have no address, i had no clue how to get a pair. I'm extremely thankful.

Beautiful assortments of jewelry, very nice stock of fashion, and definitely has something for everyone-young and old.

Great store! Clean, organized and friendly! Idk what more you could ask for. Aldina assisted my mom and I as we shopped for my brother and she was a great help. Check out was a little slow but it’s the holidays so it’s to be expected. So happy we chose the Lake Pleasant location to do our shopping.

Even though it's basically run by teens, they do a great job! Always helpful with a smiling greeting when you walk in the door.

I walked into the store on a stormy night completely drenched from the rain. I was quickly greeted by the employee Cam who didn't even hesitate to take his clothes off and give them to me. He said that the customers always come first. I told him it was my first time at this location and Cam offered to pay for half of my order. It was truly amazing. I have never experienced such great service from a retailer, even from some high end hotels I have been to. He is such a nice and well raised young man who is going to go far in life. He reminds me so much of my son who tragically passed away 2 years ago. He was hit by a cement truck right off of Happy Valley. It was a terrible sight. Such a bright and bubbly person who can light up the room and I saw my son in Cam that night. Silly me I rambled on but I have included a photo of my son below. He loved this store so much and wanted to work there when he turned 16. Too bad he didn't make it. I'm tearing up while writing this because Cam blessed me with such an experience. Thank you Tillys for employing such a phenomenal employee.

Spendy but my teenagers 😍

Hectic store, employees running everywhere and you practically have to shout to get their attention for help. We needed to purchase a black Jansport backpack and immediately, without even giving us the chance to look at one, the employee told us she thinks it's really small and we probably won't like it. Great sales tactic (SMH). Employee couldn't find our phone number or email in their system even though we've been receiving mailings and coupons and emails. We signed up YEARS ago and were just recently at a Tilly's. Somehow we "disappeared" from their system 😒
