Always visit. Merchandise is always changing. Love the variety of merchandise. Always greeted as entering the store.

This store has the best customer service!! I love going here!!! The manager guy isn’t very social he isn’t rude or anything he just don’t talk much. But the ladies and cashiers are so awesome! They are so sweet and patient and the sales here are really good too! The Hispanic lady is always so happy to help and she will stop what she’s doing and go find whatever you need. I seriously love her!

It reminds me of Walmart. So many choices in furniture, decorations, household items and odds and end.

Always in and out. They got a good selection of bottled glass sodas. Usually get my bedding here too. A decent selection not over crowded

I really like this place it is very clean and if you are looking for anything it is in this store I appreciate how organized it is that is important to me.

I can't say enough about Jeremy in the furniture department! He helped me on the phone to begin with... extremely kind and helpful. Then when I got to the store, he took ALOT of time with me to let me test out a mattress. Then he took even MORE time to load it into my car, which wasn't a simple task! Not too many places, I have found, with so much wonderful customer service like this! THANK

I haven’t stopped into Big Lots in a while. They remodeled! And, oh my gosh, all of the employees were super friendly and asked me how I was doing!! What!?! They always have a bit of this and a little of that - if you find something you like, jump on it!! Oh, and they had a fridge/freezer section filled with all sorts of stuff.

The staff are so busy trying to help folks, the store was surprisingly clean. I refuse to trade business with a dirty store. Cleanliness is next to, .....well you get the picture. Congratulations on a busy busy busy store and the professional attitudes of your personal. Pay raise and a bonus for making your store a shoppers delight. Sometimes it takes a few good employees to have a successful and profitable business. Take care of your help, and they will take care of you. I'm just saying, ......Excellent experience, plenty of items to choose from, with a professional team, 5 stars.

This store has really evolved over the last few years that I have been coming in. It's very clean, organized and well stocked. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have a great show room of furniture and a ton of unique items. Tons of name brand items at low costs as well. Always end up with more than what you were looking for.

Fantastic customer service she made friends with my wife and then single handedly towed our couch out to our car for us. I wish I could remember her name but she was amazing help and made my wife feel loved and cared about. Great experience and fantastic price for our couch couldn't be happier!

I love big lots! Everything is always neat and very shoppable. They had great Christmas sales. I love their prices. They are a first stop shopping for me! I use the other stores to fill in the blanks!

The store has really cheap items! Its so nice to be able to go some where that is not the dollar store to get quality stuff for a cheap price. Big lots is a friendly environment with cheap quality products. I really appreciate the store and what they are going after. Its a well established company and store. I highly recommend if you're on a tight budget or just looking to save a couple bucks! Go check it out!!

They always have a bunch of stuff I don’t need but buy anyways!!!! It’s like an addiction going there you can’t go without buying at least $30.
