They had all the sale items I went in for!! Yay!! Well, except for eggs. But it is twice now!! An improvement from all the times they were ALWAYS out of the things that were on sale... Day 2 of sale, I might add. Thank you for ordering properly.

My first time shopping at this location. Was very satisfied with the produce and meat selections. Also had a nice selection of store prepared meat and side dishes. I'll be shopping here again

I’m leaving this review for Amy W., who works at the self-checkout station in the evening. I visited your store tonight, and Amy was working, and as always, she was very helpful, kind, and always does her job with a smile on her face. But tonight she went above and beyond and helped me out of the pure kindness of her heart. I didn’t have all the money needed to cover my groceries, and rather than just canceling the items I didn’t have enough money to get, she went into her own pocket and paid the difference. The fact that she was so kind to do that for a complete stranger says a lot about her as a person, and it also shows that she genuinely cares about the customers that visit your store. I want to say thank you for hiring such a kind-hearted, helpful individual. It’s people like Amy that know the true meaning of good customer service, and you should feel very lucky to have such a fine individual working for your company.

Shot out to Wendy in the Deli Dept. We came in from California for a Funeral Sunday Night. I called 3 Walmarts while omw, trying to place an order for a platter or a 6 foot sandwich the following day. They couldn't help me. Said they required 24 hrs in advancement and one said they didn't have the meat for it. I use to work at a Subway, I know it's not that hard to make sandwiches. I decided to call Albertsons and told them the situation and if I would be able to place an order once I got into town. We were staying at the Hotel next door. Wendy was incredibly helpful. When we got there the Deli was basically closed. What I wanted wasn't really on the menu but she had a better idea. Said I could order multiple 1 ft sandwiches and cut them up. There was only one left but she said she could make me as many as I needed and pick up the next day. I said okay that works. I did my math and it was a better deal. Smart lady. I said okay I'll just cut them up and buy a tray from $ tree. She offered to cut them and place them in a party tray. Perfect! I am incredibly Thankful for her help. Thanks Wendy. Albertsons always comes through. Walmart is always pretty disappointing for me.

I like the layout of this store. I truly hate the self checkout! I avoid it as much as I can. Bought a package of cookies at 50% off. Now I'm not a math whizz but I looked at the receipt and it didn't look right.
I went up to the service counter and spoke to someone very nice and she told me self service can't get the discount and that a cashier has to ring it up! Something wrong with this picture? So watch your receipts all you math whizzes! Otherwise I like the layout of this store but you already know that!

I love this location! The store is very clean and the cashiers are so helpful. The bakery is awesome as well as the deli. I couldn’t recommend a better option for affordable groceries and great customer service!

Unlike Safeway that I visited last week, produce area well stocked also , their delivery must have arrived. Sign up for their rewards and receive personal deals "just 4 U". I have always found the clerks friendly at both Safeway and Albertsons, which is why I switched .
New visit, not all wearing masks , optional . I shopped in the evening and the shelves stocked ! Visited late in day for few things . Quiet.
SUNDAY afternoon shopping at Albertsons very busy. Also many items not available. But found most of my need. Checking out had longer than usual lines. Recd my $7 rewards off of meat and my 10% disc. For getting flu shot. Have to give a shot out, kudos to the clerk, Nathan who bagged my groceries. I always bring my bags, one is a cooler bag, and I always have to point out to the clerks to place frozen, refrigerator items in it. Nathan did a great job of bagging everything appropriately on his own. I thanked him personally, and also saw him in the parking lot in gathering shopping carts, and he had smile on his face! .I sure hope someone from admin reads this and will give him a bonus. Albertsons and Safeway my favorite store for shopping and customer service.
Rec'd 10% off grocery bill after receiving COVID Booster earlier in May. Presented at checkout and was told by cashier that discount should be on the Albertsons/Safeway app. Not found, explained that pharmacy provided the coupon. Again.. Albertsons,/Safeway employees aim to please go above and beyond with customer service. The cashier, Amber, told me "not to worry, it will be credited" and called the manager, Lori who took care of it. Both employees very nice, BTW the discount was for $13.28 .
Noticed prices up again ! Lottery tickets sold here, maybe I'll win!

I love this store.....super close to the house and the staff are always really friendly. If your able to go in the evenings after 6-7pm, the lines are always really short. In and out in no time!

This is my Go-To grocery store. Produce is always nicely displayed. Judy and Pat at the check stands are terrific. Sometimes the associates in the Deli are a bit grumpy but that can't be a fun job. The guy cleaning the carts upon entry is delightful. Wish I would have caught his name! Overall, a well stocked place to shop. The Just For You coupons are worth your time!

Absolutely delicious!! Our suggestions: grill the meat for 10 min. Throw the beans in a pot or in a dish, throw it in the oven with fried onions. Other than that... everything was delicious! We ordered 2, lasted 2 day's for 5 people 👍. Going to do it again next year. Thank you, really great and made our holiday a lot easier 💜

This Albertsons has been one my 3 primary grocery shopping destinations for 15 yrs.

Clean organized great customer service pretty store faced up and ready for bizz.

This store became an instant favorite. Very clean, well stocked clearly marked isles. New to the area and was happy to find. I will shop here again. Only wish offered help out with groceries but maybe that is not done in this area (am use to in other locales).

Nice store, the shelves were well stocked. They have everything I needed last minute for a holiday meal. I had a very nice man check my purchases out for me.

This such a great store! We are always treated so respectfully and staff will always help you if you are walking around with a puzzled look. Our check out person made us feel appreciated and our courtesy clerk did a great job packing our dairy in our cooler bag. Thank you, we will be back!

I simply must applaud Koko! Her energy and contagious personality are a rare find. She went above and beyond with customer service at the self checkout. Koko, thanks for making me laugh. 🤗

It is always clean and organized! I love it. You can be in and out quickly. I'm glad this store opened up near my home. The produce is always stocked.
