I’ve been to this store about 3 times and each time was always pleasant. Chris does a good job and is easy to talk to. And Simon who visits the store to help out during the week was absolutely amazing. Will be back for the iPhone16.

We stopped by to upgrade my husbands phone and unfortunately we hit some technical snags in the process. Luckily for us, we had Jack helping us. He was beyond kind and helpful, and truly made the best of tough situation!

Andrew and Bishop, the two gentleman who assisted us, were absolutely excellent. They took the time to clearly explain plans and deals more than once thanks to my thick head. Kind, courteous and upfront about what the best deals would be. A class salesmanship, have them teach the rest of the company how it's done. Thanks for the new phone plan! Give em a raise!

The service was super ! ( it would of course could be better if : 1. That I had less sales people . 2.. as many as 6 at a time and became an 2 hour and a half before we walked out of the store. ) I appreciated all the help......!

I had the very best sales and customer experience after a long time. Mr. Nate the Sales specialist, Mr. Andrew the General manager and Mr. Tyler the Business manager altogether went few extra miles to help me out with my cellphone needs. They provided me the best service and I'm really happy and thankful to them.

The entire team was fantastic and friendly!! They let me charge my electric and now I will be switching to Verizon!!! Highly recommend this location- thanks to Abraham, bishop and Nicco!!

My agent, Nate, that helped me, was professional, courteous, and very thorough. He explained everything to me, and how much it would cost and all my options. Nate is a valuable employee for Verizon.

I went in this store tonight to pick up a new phone and the service was excellent. Minimal waiting and Nate did a super job getting my phone ready and answering my questions about plans and services. Friendly, prompt, practical, well informed. No heavy sales pressure. Very clear about add-ons so I didn't have to worry about hidden extra costs on my bill. I recommend trying them. The best experience I've had at a Verizon store in a long time.

I am absolutely in love with the service I received at this store. I came in looking to get my son his first phone along with upgrade myself. Carmine, the assistant manager, helped us out and it was a very pleasant experience! He even got all excited with my son about getting his first phone too!! I was dreading going in but it turned out to be one of the best experiences of my life and a memory I know my boy will never forget!

Nate was friendly, personable and extremely knowledgeable about services offered by Verizon and the problem my cell phone was having. He went above and beyond for I be sure my phone was working properly.

I am absolutely loving my new Pixel 7. The phone has blown me away.

The service was excellent. The worker there (Carmine) answered all my questions and also set me up with a great screen protector and case. He was hilarious throughout our conversation and put a smile on my face all while serving me well. He's even a fellow Green Bay Packers fan which I loved! Will be revisiting this location for future phone needs.

Ms Laura at the 120th Grant location was outstanding. Her customer service is one that should be used as a model training for new hires or employees who say they are the supervisor like the Orchard Park Supervisor, who knew nothing and who was less than customer friendly, not to mention his lack of knowledge. Ms Laura lowered my anxiety after leaving the orchard park location and walking into her location as she stated “I got you!” Trust me she followed through while multitasking with others.
My mother was a 32 year loyal customer and has ended service with Verizon due to their lack of customer service and support.

First off I was greated by Carmine and new right than I was in good hands. I needed a new phone as my LG Wing went south. Carmine provided me options that best suited my needs and made me feel right at home. Was out in 45 minutes and Very Pleased. 10 Stars to Carmine for a job exceedingly well done

From the time I got there on April 4, 2021, Moises and Dave were super busy with other customers. They both made sure to welcome me and my daughter to the store and kept us updated to let us know when they would be with us. Even though they were so busy they showed excellent customer service and made me feel like they truly cared about our time and our needs. Moises ended up being the one to help us and he was awesome! He explained everything, answered all my questions and went above and beyond taking care of my concerns, and getting me the best deals. When I walked into the Store again on April 8, 2021 to pick up my watches and get them set up, Corey and Dave showed excellent customer service, welcomed me, and helped me get my watch set up. Corey is the one that helped with my watches and was very helpful and answered all my questions. I had to come back to set up my daughters watch and Dave was more then happy to help and even stayed after closing to make sure I was good to go. I will definitely recommend this store to all my friends and family. Thank you guys for making my Verizon experience so good.
