Got battery and wiper blades. Wowza, what awesome and nice employees. So helpful in install my items. My battery is real pain in the a$$. So I thank these folks for their help.
I highly recommend this place for all auto parts.
To note, I am an RV passing through, so help to a stranger is very nice.

Assistant Manager Dave helped us pick out some nice wiper blades for our 2018 Honda Pilot that work very well (Bosch) and he even installed them for us quickly and easily. No hassle transaction. Kinda rare in retail these days. We will be back. Thanks Dave and team.

Stopped after check engine light came on while driving on interstate. Glen was wonderful with helping us check the code, finding the right parts, letting us borrow tools, and replaced coil pack in parking lot. All told back on interstate in less than 30 minutes.

They just have all your parts if not will order. I'm disabled they have put oil in my vehicle installed wiper blades and even opened my hood to check to see that I get the correct part. Very friendly. Prices are very reasonable.

An auto parts store that understands the needs of their target audience. The audience is not some retired old guys it is people who work for a living and can still move around a get stuff done. The stay open late until 8 and are open on weekends this folks is knowing your customer and knowing your target audience more or less who you serve most. Targeting the audience no matter what shift they work. The way things are setup for most places third shift people and retired people seem to be the target audience at most places of business now if more businesses changed their hours to reflect their actual potential customer base I feel they would likely stand a chance to garner more business and be more profitable. Seems like they will always do what they can with what they got but don't expect to have them sell you paint to match your car for a spray gun this is not one area they are willing to get into. But they are a great place to have around and have decent parts at reasonable prices for brick and mortar sometimes two day shipping just don't cut it.

My wife broke down near Warren, Wi and I sourced parts at your store.... from Florida! Erin took very good care of ensuring the parts were ready for my wife. My son, who lives in Rice Lake area, came down to work the problem and came in and was able to pick up everything he needed on a Friday night to get them on the road as quickly as possible after a long two day drive with a horse trailer in tow from FLA. This is why I like to deal with your parts stores... and Erin is a great example of knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating personnel that work to keep our vehicles going.

Great guys for help..they maybe having a bit of a problem finding a washer reservoir for my car..but their not giving up..kudos for their diligence!!

I went in the other day for lights for my license plate, not really knowing what I needed. They were so helpful and gave me a couple of options. They even took the time to help me install the lights.

Accidentally grabbed glow in the dark fuses in a rush and couldn't find the regular fuses. When I went to check out, an employee asked if I had meant to get the glow in the dark ones, when I said no, he helped me find the regular fuses.

Staff is always helpful and eager to assist w all needs.. friendly guy's... amazing customer service. I will always recommend them to all mechanic friends

If i need parts for my car i go here staff is always helpful if tjey dont have the part they go out of thier way to get in asap never have i had any problems with anything from oreillys

I don't go there a lot but every time I do the employees are always great.
