The UPS Store

They shipped a set of 4 large artwork boxes to AZ for me and the content inside of every box arrived in impeccable condition. My boyfriend’s mom passed away and this was her artwork collection. Their compassion, kindness and care was absolutely incredible. Although UPS as a company had some shipping issues, this UPS store went above and beyond to ensure the artwork arrived exactly how it was sent. Thank you so much for your extremely detailed and thorough packaging and care of our packages!

Even when they’re very busy, they always acknowledge me with a greeting & “we’ll be right with you.” They are super friendly and they are members of a dying breed of business that still cares about customer service. At other UPS locations, employees seem to be more absorbed in their own tasks than to look up & acknowledge me when I come in. I always get smiles & a greeting at the Oberlin UPS store, no matter how busy they are. They know their business & they get the job done quickly, accurately & with a smile.

I’ve found the crew here to be efficient and skilled in whatever service I am looking for, whether it is shipping, printing, etc. They reliably guarantee delivery times — they’ve never been in error. They can get swamped with customers at times, but they are always friendly and good natured. A huge asset to our community!

This UPS store has very helpful and extremely knowledgeable people working there. Any time I've gone in there, I am greeted and helped out immediately. I have never had an issue with returns or mailings.

Just had the best experience today with the people at Oberlin UPS. Friendly and very helpful. I can't say enough nice things about them!

I dropped off two Amazon returns here and I didn't realize that one was supposed to be packaged by me before doing so. I still had it in the box, so there wasn't any issue, but the person working who I dealt with was was super nice and offered to tape up the box for me since I didn't have it done already. They then showed me the difference in the Amazon return labels which I didn't realize.

I just wanted to leave a review because the UPS employee could have handled it differently, but instead, I was treated with kindness and understanding, and that really goes a long way! :)

Great staff. Very helpful and the don't make you feel stupid if forgot to check some. They are nice and polite and alway in a good mood.

I want to say "Thanks" to the lady at the store who helped me sooo much with getting my package returned! She smiled and was cheerful and helpful! WOW! Hard to find customer service anymore, and she hit the mark perfectly! (Didn't catch her name, but she worked Jan 25 at 4pm!)

I have used the Oberlin UPS for the past two years. Everything from shipping masks to family and friends to Birthday and Christmas gifts and Amazon returns. I am ALWAYS greeted with a smile and friendly conversation and inquiries about how my last shipment went. The most reliable and professional services are the standard there everyday. So fortunate to have such dedicated and responsible persons handling our packages.

The employees here are amazing. I took in something I was returning. A lively young man put it in a plastic envelope, put the sticker on and said," this is going by US mail. So walk it across to the post office and ask for a receipt" Honestly wonderful. In the past they took my insulin home to keep it refrigerated overnight when I couldn't get there.

This UPS store in Oberlin is fantastic! The staff was extremely helpful and went over every detail of packing some very special pieces of art. And, I received the packages very quickly. Will be using them again.

Employees are wonderful, always greeted by name...I have never had to wait more than a minute or two. The owner is proud of his business and it shows!
