Five stars for Chris. He turned around what might’ve been a terrible experience and retained me as a customer instead. The store itself has a great selection for its size and staff is always helpful. My only criticism is that they’re in a dead zone and do NOT provide Wi-Fi… this makes it difficult to show them the part or product you’re looking for, if you had it all cued up on your phone.

In a day and age of Large corporations, it's so nice to still have a little local hardware store. It is very convenient and the staff is so great and helpfull. 🔨🪚🔧

Kathy at Ace was SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE and helpful. She was patient through all of my questions, and smiled and laughed with me during my entire visit. Mrs. Kathy is a rockstar!

Went there today for some 220 grit sanding blocks. A gentleman greeted me at the door and didn’t hover while I walked in and browsed. I asked another employee to help finding the sanding blocks and they seemed genuinely happy to help. The cashier was also very friendly and helpful with my questions. I don’t know why my go-to has been the big box store, when this place is right in the neighborhood, but I will be coming here again for future home improvement purchases. I told my husband about my positive experience, and he told me that he has had similar experiences there.

Very organized, and helpful. The woman in the back knew where everything was. She was also very knowledgeable. She was able to have me test sizes prior to purchasing an entire set. The young lady at the register was pleasant and respectful. She was upbeat during the stressful covid time. She actually set me at ease with all that was going on. They had minimal customers in the store at one time. The good thing was whoever went into the store knew what they wanted and there was no browsing. That helped the outside line move quickly. Overall a good experience.

Very helpful staff! A wonderful fellow helped me to my car with heavy items since I just had surgery and can't lift much right now. They also understood what I was looking for, even though I wasn't using proper names of the items.

Excellent service, always friendly with warm greetings. Took apart my key fob and installed new battery in like 5 minutes. Fantastic service!

A bit pricey.

Very helpful staff, good selection of stuff. I described something that I wanted but was unsure if actually existed and they pointed me right to it. Parts of the store are a bit cramped but that's because they have a lot of stuff. I plan to take some measurements of things and buy more there when I'm next in the area.

My family and I love Mazzones. We're so happy to see the same familiar faces and be provided with excellent customer service every time we visit. I'm confident in shopping there by myself ( little hardware knowledge) and knowing that the staff will under my needs and recommend the best item for me.

I went to find an exchange for my broken faucet. They didn’t quite have a one with the exact matching length. But they were knowledgeable and suggested me to open it up and see what is broken.
Later day I went back with the open faucet and they were very helpful to find a product that contained a transplantable part. They let me work on site a bit too in case I needed more things.

No pushy sales and genuinely helpful folks.

I’m going to take all my business to them from now on.

At Mazzone Ace Hardware store, I always receive top service. The staff is friendly and helpful, it is always well stocked, and the prices are reasonable. I once went to another nearby Ace store, which I happened to be passing, and there was no comparison to the service I receive at Mazzone. I am now a loyal customer.

Great Ace hardware store. Easy to find what you need friendly people work there knowledgeable takes you right where you need to go look for what you came to buy prices are fair an all-around. Extremely kind and very professional ladies that work at the counter to bring up your purchases. My experience was great. I will shop there again
