Books-A-Million

I love Books-A-Million, it’s a great place to get resources, games, and other items that you can keep for a long time. Me and my boyfriend sometimes go there as a lil date cause we love to read and gain better knowledge. The associates are always nice and keep you updated on the different sales the store is offering. And if they don’t have what you need in the store then they will order it for you.

The staff members at this location are the best. There was a miscommunication about a book voucher I was given, and they went above and beyond to check it out. It’s nice to not be made to feel like a burden as a customer and they always make it a pleasure shopping here. Oh and they gave me a bookmark and sticker to go with the book I got tonight just because!

Taylor was super helpful and went above and beyond to help me with my online order that had been canceled (because I had not picked it up in time, not at the fault of BAM!). I'll be visiting this store again solely due to the high level of customer service. Thank you!!

Always enjoy shopping here and greatly appreciate Jasons' assistance in trying to locate a book for my friends grandson. I have received wonderful customer service everytime I have visited their store! Highly recommend them for your Christmas shopping or anytime!!

This bookstore is amazing! I found a book here for my friend that we were certain was out of print. In addition, Ms. Lindsey took the time to find out out our names and now says hello to us BY NAME each time we come in!! THAT is incredible customer service! My friend has special needs. Ms. Lindsey, from the first visit, made us feel like we were any another customer. She exemplifies inclusion at its best. Thank you BAM for employing such great staff. Too bad you're not still in Madison.

Great place to host the monthly “Cars and Coffee” meet. Plenty of parking and great coffee at Joe Mugs. Also it’s a good bookstore too.

I love the store, it looks small on the outside but it's got a lot inside and it's laid out very nicely.

It's a great book store. You could spend quite a bit of time here. The coffee shop has a lot of seating too.

It was a great experience. It was my 1st time in the store, and I was asked if I needed assistance almost immediately. As I was being checked out, the clerk noticed my amount and suggested I join the yearly membership club, I was only $3 away, so I joined. I love books, so it won't go to waste. Overall, it was a great experience.

Had a great employee ask if I needed some help, and she directly directed me in the right direction of the book I was looking for!

Wonderful selection of books of all genres. Took the grandkids and they really enjoyed the children section. I encourage you to visit.

giving an update on my review here, it’s gotten a lot better since my first initial visit to the new location. the setup is really nice, I do miss the bigger store and Joe Muggs, but the customer service is MUCH better and this is right down the road from my apartment so it’s a convenient location :)

We were visiting Huntsville for a conference and stayed an extra day to explore. This was one of the BEST bookstore experiences we've had as a family. My kids have never experienced BAM, mostly because ours closed before they were born. The staff was super friendly, super helpful, and went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. We love discounted books, and the Young Adult section was a pleasure to bruise through. My teens found some great books that they might not have even picked up had they not been discounted. We also found some library favorites we added to our family collection. The staff was chatty and pleasant at checkout. We felt welcomed and appreciated. Make sure to stop in and get a great coffee (or other) drink, and check out the amazing selection of books! You won't be disappointed.

I used to love to shop here to get my books when my daughters were young. I finally went for the 1st time in a very very long time. I asked for help to find some books and they pointed me into the general direction they were in. I finally found the book I was looking for. Then I went to the same person and asked about some other books. She took me to the books. I found 1 book that I knew would help me. The person was helpful and nice at the end of my search for books. As for as the place itself is a great place to get books. Some of the staff can be nicer and more polite.
