Called local number, they didn't pick up so it was routed to call center. Call center representative went through approximately 10 minute set up for installation and verified multiple items.

The expected price for the installation was very attractive; however, they declined to do the work as it required cutting the bumper and creating a special wiring harness. With everything the call center rep went over, and the fact they were provided with a factory hitch and factory wiring harness for my specific year/make/model, this was very surprising and disappointing.

The appointment was at 0700 but they didn't call with the declination until almost 1100. Seemed odd it took almost 4 hours to determine they would not install the hitch. Representative was polite when he called and was very willing to install their own tow hitch, but this was declined as the hitch and wiring harness provided to them are factory specific for my vehicle. They were unable to provide any local alternatives.

Bottom line: they may be fine for installation of their own hitches, but probably look elsewhere if not using a U-Haul hitch.
