Byrne Dairy and Deli

I like Byrne dairy mostly bc it's 24 hrs and nothing around here is 24 hrs anymore. My husband loves their chocolate milk in the glass containers I like the reg milk. When they make great milkshakes. The employees r friendly but there is one lady that works there that is just phenomenal I wish I could remember her name. Shes so polite and she fast there was a bus of baseball players last night and she had them cashed out in maybe 7 min. And she always remembers her regulars. We walk in and she immediately makes 2 chocolate milkshakes and has em ready when we get to the register. She is just great and deserves recognition for it!

Update 3/28/24 ~ Idk this new crew of employees working tonight but I have to say they r absolutely phenomenal at customer service super polite and even delivered our milkshakes to us in our car. Never before has an employee here gone above and beyond to ensure the satisfaction of their customer. And it's so greatly appreciated. Watertown needs more employees like these in all businesses!

Stopped to grab breakfast. Decent breakfast sandwiches and good coffee. Hashbrowns and donuts also a thumbs up. Really friendly service!

Clean, organized, and great staff. Get the fuel card to save 10 cents. The sandwiches are also very good.

They are always so friendly here and they have the best deli sandwiches, you get a ton of meat on your sandwich. Plus they carry my favorite ice cream.

Best sandwiches ever - were huge on subs and lately jrecks has been cutting their products significantly down. So we decided to try this - and so far we all love it. Fourth time we ordered and they have not disappointed!

My favorite place. If you buy one of their travel mugs you get free coffee Every Tuesday. The coffee ☕ is good

Love it had to come all the way to Watertown just to get Chocolate milk because we cant get the good stuff up in Ogdensburg NY it seems anymore.

Super clean and organized. Staff is always nice. Delicious sandwiches! Nice clean and warm bathroom.

Friendly and courteous

Good little truck stop right off the highway, has about 5 big truck spots around back. The entrance looks a little tight when ya pull in but you have plenty of room. Food is average gas station food. But tons of snacks and beverages to choose from. They also have a high flow pump from the looks of it

Good large store with internal Subway and gas station. They also have indoor ice cream shop.

Dare I say, it rivals stewarts. Probably a little better in my opinion. Staff is courteous and helpful. I saw a guy get arrested here, you know who you are Brad. Will shop again.
