Big M Supermarket

Big M is a great old school supermarket. They do a fantastic service for a local rural grocery store. Also a great meat department. Super generous to all local Not for Profit Organizations and local customers. They also have gas,propane, kerosene, and diesel. The OWNERS are AWESOME PEOPLE. Thanks for being in Deruyter.

Friendly service, clean, everything I needed to purchase was available, fresh nicely displayed.

The owners and staff have always been so wonderful to my mother Mary over the many years. I'm so grateful. Simply good hearted folks. Great store.

I have to say that I miss this little store already. I will be back for a visit when I come back to NY. It's a great business with friendly staff. Tom and Lori are great owners who are involved in the community and care about the people in this little town. That says alot about how they run their business. I hope to find a place like this to make my new home store when I get to AZ, although I don't know if another can measure up to the Big M's standards. Thank you for the wonderful customer service and the great conversations!

My favorite grocery store. The owners are amazing people. They work just as hard as their employees. The store is always clean, great variety of products and prices are fair. They have great sales too. And they also have an amazing selection of adult beverages. Great service and friendly people.

The people that work there are so friendly. In the morning there is this nice lady. I always chit chat with her and if I bring my bearded dragons in she loves seeing them and how big they are getting(that besides the point). I have never had a complaint from there.

Our motorcycle group stopped by. Real nice that they had ethanol free gasoline. Went inside all the way to the back and their take out food menu was absolutely awesome. The employee was very friendly and professional. We ordered Subs and different salads all of which were unbelievably fresh. The subs were to die for. Picnic tables outside were clean and structurally sound. There are no inside bathrooms but there is and outdoor porta-john which was clean and presentable. We will definitely be stopping again.

This is a great little store! Tom and Lorrie, the owners are responsive in bringing new products in. For a small town, their beer cooler has a great selection-and if there's something you want and they don't have it-they'll get it for you.

Friendly & helpful staff, great selection of food, especially for a smaller grocery type store way out in the sticks. Gas prices are competitive, store is always lit well and clean. No complaints here!

This place is fantastic since the remodel. I hadn't been here in a while and was surprised that it was so nice. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. This place seems to have most of the basics you would want.

Love these local people! Courteous and great deals. Meat and bakery is superb! If you haven't tried the fried chicken you are missing out. Move over KFC! Big M has you beat!

This is an excellent store and I think about it and sweet beautiful things and people who loves shopping there is a lot of great food and drinks for all the people who goes through this store and they are very polite in employees and owners are very happy with their products and services they share with their customers

Great place,owners are there every day.No matter what you buy from 5 cents to 500.00 dollars they treat you the same.I have been going there for decades and will continue to.The meats are the best and the prices of meats are the best.eg.,tops markets charges 13.99 for grass fed beef,big M in deruyter charges 3.99 for the same no comparison and that is just one example.now you should check it out for yourself.One more thing lunch meat and deli are the best there.Respectfully, Jeff W.

The Big M is the closest thing to a Wegman's you'll find out in the sticks! Small store packed with almost everything you'll need to keep your family happy. Gas up the family truckster at the gas pumps located outside and check out the full line of groceries, produce, and hba items. Visit the deli for fresh salads, delicious meats or the bakery for fresh baked breads and rolls. The meat department is fresh and clean as well. Find a walk in cooler stocked with beer and soda that is always ice cold. The staff is friendly, helpful and always looking to make your visit a pleasant experience.
