I was looking for a latte cup, although they didn’t have it, the young lady helped me look for it and even went checked with someone else. I don’t know her name but she was very helpful. As was the gentlemen who found the small bottles of Torani for me. It was a very pleasant experience.

Fun store, great customer service, really enjoyed the imported food section for sure. Definitely recommend if you're looking for kitschy items or cool unique gifts, prices were to be expected for imported items. Also they stock Clearly Canadian and New York Seltzer, which is a win in my book.

This outlet is stocked well from all part of world . Specially liked there furniture , kitchen and arts.

Very fun place to visit with lots of great variety throughout the store. The various food selections are extraordinary! We love to stop by just to see what new items have been added to the selection. The staff is very friendly and the store itself is very clean and inviting. We really appreciate the different furniture and gift items throughout the store. Parking is plentiful and conveniently located to many other popular locations. We were particularly pleased to find the coconut syrup (from Hawaii) for pancakes. So awesome! We'll be back again and again.

Though the online team didn’t process my order properly, the Plano store particularly manager Kelly and associate Nicole was outstanding in picking up the pieces and held my hand every step of the way to clean up the aftermath and completely turned around the experience - truly exemplary.

This was my family's first time in World Market. The store had something useful for every room of my new home. Amanda provided excellent customer service and even told us there's a store location in the area we're from in Florida. Definitely telling my family back home about this store and we will be returning!

very good store. one of the workers, emma was very helpful and helped me find everything that i need. emma was very funny whilst also being professional. she is very knowledgeable about gourmet and recommended the chocorooms - i tried them and they were delicious. i will definitely go back again !

Great place for a variety of home goods and furniture with character. I picked up a bottle of Rose petal lemonade, can't wait to try it. Turkish candy.....a variety of coffee. Kitchen utensils and beautiful dishes. Great prices with member discounts. Love this place.

Always enjoy going there. We picked up some worldly treats for stocking stuffers. Unfortunately they were already sold out of the ginger snap wafer tins..my favorite! Plenty of checkers made the long line go well.

I love the selection of products that I can't find in other stores. The store was busy, but check out was fast and easy. Enjoyed the shopping experience.

Terrific experience at this World Market! I wanted to purchase a chair and the staff was extremely helpful in both finding what I needed and helping to load the chair into my vehicle. It wouldn't quite fit so they went the extra mile and removed the chair from the box and we were able to get it in. I appreciate the extra effort and kindness from the staff! Thank you!

Only place in DFW that had Pffernuese cookies for the holidays. Amazing!! Tons of cool wines and craft beers...unexpected but fun to explore. Also unique kitchen utensils and counter top gadgets. If you haven't been here, you seriously need to hop in the car now and get there!

The quality and selection of items is outstanding. I especially like the selection of foods from different countries. On this particular visit, I was really impressed by the employee who helped me get a cart when it became obvious that I was finding more than I had originally planned and was having trouble juggling my toddler and the shopping basket.

This store is a hit or miss. They have some really cool food items and some really unique gifts. Their home decor is cool and trendy. The prices are sometimes outrageous, but then sometimes the prices are decent. You never know.

When I went there, there were two moms in line taking selfies while their kids ran rampant in the store. The kids were destroying the front coffee stand. The moms did nothing and the staff didn't say anything to the moms. Kuddos to the staff. I would've said something to the moms about ck trolling their two monsters.

For those reasons, I give this store five stars.

I came here to World Market to piece together a gift basket for my wifes birthday, and glad that I did. Great selection, and most of what I chose was asian items but splashed in some other items with it. They gave me 10% off for joining their rewards program and someone arranged the items in the basket for me for free. Great service.
