T.J. Maxx

Normally I don’t write to many reviews on retail just because I know what it’s like and I understand if someone is having a bad day. But our last experience was great. The line was to the back wall and they worked it down so fast for retail it was fast. We purchased a bike but didn’t have the right vehicle to take it home so they held it till the next day so I can pick it up after work with the SUV. I waited in line they told me next time I don’t have to do that but I hate cutting if I don’t have to but the bike was there. Just got test it out soon.

Nice store with very good options .. we like shopping for household goods from here because the prices are good with good options to choose from . For clothes need to look for and get some good deals. Staff is very helpful and are available if we need any kind of help.

Walked in and walked out within a few minutes of looking in the shoe section. It was very much a scarce selection to choose from. I wasn't pleased nor did I think that upscale Frisco's shoe shelves would look like Ross For Less' very limited choices. I'll probably have to check them out towards inventory time.

Melissa was working on check out when I almost passed out from dehydration. Not only did she get me water she took my pulse and was so amazing the whole time making sure I was ok. She also managed to get me checked out and on my way and timely manner shout out to Melissa you truly give TJ Maxx a good name! Would definitely shop here again!

Great helpful staff and nice variety of products. This store is clean and organized. My only complaint is that the checkout line moves very slowly and is very long unlike the typical TJMAXX stores in TX

Found great items for little girls like JELL-O lip balms and Hello Kitty makeup.

This is our go to place for everything girly. We also shop for the puppy here and even find things for the hubby

I've travelled across the country, and TJ MAxx is probably my favorite retail store, this location is top 3 in inventory and prices. The staff is very helpful and always smiling. Unfortunately they have to deal with rude and entitled customers all the time. I've witnessed people getting mad because they were caught trying to change price tags or having things inside backpacks or purses they want to buy. Staff were always friendly and professional.

I shop at this location every now and then. The people working there are kinda of nice except for one of the managers, even with my receipts, she give issues for a return. I decided I would not go to this location again. However, while shopping for Christmas. I had gone to the store, picked up a few items, and after leaving, I couldn't find the gift card I had paid with. I called the store and spoke to a lady by the name of Jamilah, who was professional and helpful. She got my name and contact and promised to call if it was found. I eventually decided to go to the store, and She was on the phone with TJ maxx support for a few minutes. she helped me resolve my issue. And I got a replacement gift card. Thank you, Jamilah. You deserve to be the manager of the store. Such a great customer service experience she gave me.

I found nice longer night gowns and matching robe which is exactly what I was looking for today! I am really pleased also to see low prices on cosmetics!

This TJMaxx has good set of selections. I have always found something good from this place. If you are looking for solid work out clothes, come here.

I don’t go to main stores anymore because it is always at full price.

My favorite store. So many great things at such good prices. Just wish there were more swim suits in stock and my favorite athletic shorts I found there. But that's okay because there's no guarantee that they'll be more of an item. I'm also pleased they now have a website to shop on. Very nice! Can't wait to see new features at the maxx

Excellent service and great cappuccinos. The food is always great. Try thr crepes... to die for. Not exspensive. Kid friendly.

Awesome personal hygiene selection

This is a good location with a lot of variety and low prices. There are clothes, shoes, purses, decorations, and a large toy section. It isn't the biggest location but for it's size it has a decent selection. The staff and cashiers are friendly and helpful. The store is also clean.

Great selection, very good customer service, very nice store

It's a good store. In the kitchen section you find good quality products, but they are priced a bit more than what I consider good value.

I went there today looking for a watch in celebration of Valentines Day. The assistant working in the jewelry department I think her name was De, was the best and very patient with my very indecisive self lol. The kicker is I left the store and locked my keys in the car! I called my insurance company and my phone died as I was on call, so I went back in the store explained what was happening and the front in supervisor Jamila let me use her phone and wait in store for 49 minuets until they arrived, now that is what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE... Thank You both for your help in my time in need!
