Today is Thanksgiving and they were open. My family loves to eat the baguettes with our turkey dinner we toast them and they're absolutely delicious. Today I bought a bag of five baguettes for $$5.50 and she gave me a free large baguette and said that everyone gets one with purchase today since it's Thanksgiving. I absolutely love this place the food and sandwiches are always on point and delicious I can add or take out whatever I feel like having. Love the atmosphere and service is always great!!

Store is well stocked and staff is helpful. Store is clean and well organized. Staff is knowledgeable and can answer questions to assist in choosing which product is best for you. Best Buy credit card offers no apr so if you're making a big purchase, it's worth looking into

Best buy is my go-to for electronics, online pick up has worked flawless each time. Centennial is definitely my favorite location.

Everyone by the door greeted us as we walked in and immediately asked if we need help. I bought a tv and a surround sound and everything went smooth. Norma and the rest of the night crew were amazing. Super helpful and welcoming. This location is going to be my go to for now on.

Very clean space is a really good family environment. For either competitive level for beginners or advanced levels

Big shout out to Alyssa in the geek squad on Decatur for showing a ton of empathy and a genuine desire to help me out. I left feeling confident in my decisions and the support I would receive. I hope that everyone gets to experience this level of customer care at some point in their life. Thanks again for an excellent experience!!

First time at this Best Buy the greeter at the front door were very helpful l went to go get an Amazon fire stick as senior l didn't have to walk throughout the entire store it was at the checkout counter the young lady who waited she had outstanding customer service friendly communication we're she explained the different Amazon fire sticks for the best quality l will received on my TV l will be going back to to this Best Buy store again thanks for the awesome help.

Staff was super friendly & knowledgeable. Answered all my questions & when they did not have the PlayStation 5 I was looking to purchase in stock, the sales associate quickly looked in his phone to find a location that did have one available. Thank you best buy staff you rock!

My son ordered a TV from Amazon and it was available for pickup just a few hours later at our local Best Buy. I was in and out in less then 5 minutes with the TV. Simple and easy with no hiccups..

I appreciate the two car tech installation technicians that installed my dash camera today. They were friendly, efficient, and handled my product and car with care. 10/10 recommend.

2/18/23 We stopped to check out their dishwashers to replace our non-working unit. They have several models and brands. Our sales rep was friendly, patient and professional. He recommended the Bosch brand which is a best seller. He showed all the features and answered all our questions. The $180 delivery charge and removal charge are free since we have their Total Tech plan. We were sold on the features and water conservation and purchased it. Larry the sales rep made it a pleasant experience with no pressure. We will definitely go to Best Buy first in the future. The womens' restroom was very neat and clean.

8/12/22 Shopped here today for larger TV. They have rearranged the interior since our last visit. It's nicely done and well organized. Customer service was excellent Kailah in the TV dept was excellent, professional, knowledgeable and very friendly.

Staff were able to answer all of our questions and made changing our phones easy. We have been to other stores and got zero help, this store we were helped out quickly and a staff member stayed with us through the entire transfer process to make sure everything was switched over properly.

This is a very well run store, surpassing all our expectations. Roanne L, in the Geek Squad, was amazing, in solving our Internet Technology issue. We thank her for her knowledge, patience, and expertise. Thank you Roanne L!

I have been shopping around for a new laptop and saw the one I thought I wanted. I saw a salesman going over things with another customer very thoroughly and very knowledgeable of his products. When he got to me, he saved me from a world of heartache. He not only suggested a better product, but l explained the difference between the two and the pros and cons comparisons to my needs for Business School, so the upsale along with his knowledge I couldn't resist. And I said to this is the type of Customer Service We Need and Deserve and He was very Kind as well and Patient. Thanks 😊

In & out for a return. 10 minutes and I was on my way doing my other errands. Fast, friendly, no issues with returning 48" TV wall mount.

This Best Buy location is nice and large. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very good selection at this location. They have appliances large and small for home. The latest models of tvs, laptops, desktops, and phones. This location has geek squad as well.

Like most Best Buy’s. Staff seems to be friendly and the store contains most things you’re looking for. Very large with a selection that matches. Only downside is a lot of the displays are damaged which imo is the customers fault not the business. Best Buy did inform me that it should be fixed soon so who knows I guess we shall see in time.
