On the 4th of July in the middle of a heat wave I went into this store to purchase a air conditioner. As I was leaving the store a unidentified security guard stopped me pulling my shopping cart away saying “I can not leave out of the store with these things”. He did not EVER state his position as a security officer. I became upset and my voice got loud. The officer then asked for my receipt after handing it to him he still refused to let me out of the store. Then my cashier a WONDERFUL CALMING black lady ( very pretty wearing her hair in a bun, she had just came in from another job) noticed what was happening. She rushes over asking me to show her the receipt. She then told me that was the wrong receipt I was showing the officer. The officer never told me I was showing him the wrong receipt. I felt embarrassed and harassed. The security officer NEVER apologized. I then left the store very upset. After I arrived home I called back to the store to inform the manager JENNIFER what had happened at the store along with the fact that after opening my new window AC I discovered it was dented up/ damaged. Less than 2 hours later I received a call back from the store manager JENNIFER who for the second time apologized and stated after speaking with other managers they agree on refunding me for my AC and allowed me to come in and switch for one that was not damaged. As well as keep the refund. I thought after such a bad experience that was a very kind gesture to make me feel better. Please find out who that cashier was and be very nice to her. Came here on my lunch to pick up paint for a project when I came across a paint sprayer I was looking at. Travis one of the manager assisted in answer all my questions regarding the sprayer and I went ahead and made the pricey purchase. DJ and Noah helped me out with my paints. Hanna was my cashier that assisted in making sure the prices were correct at check out. From the armed guard to the members working here I had a pleasant experience will shop here again if I’m ever out here

I was happy with the upgrade of workers assistance at this store. One in particular LT directed me and assisted me with my needs. I guess I won't be going to Lowes anymore. Keep up the good work!

I used to complain about the number of checkout folks because the line would always be super long. We used to only come at 8AM to avoid the lines. But the last 6 months there have been no real lines even when it’s crowded. And though we didn’t need any help on this trip there were more employees in the store than a year ago. I didn’t want to offer this review until it was consistent and more than our 8AM trips.

Great job of treating customers in the South Bronx and Harlem like the other locations.

the best hardware store in the USA. It can be compared with European OBI & Leroy Merlin. A large selection of building materials and equipment for repair

Visited the garden center and bought a tall palm tree for $30. Lots of variety. The store carries many home essentials, tools and home building pieces. Cabs outside can drive you home locally for ~$10

Went with the wife to buy a few things for our garden. The staff were very helpful and courteous. No negative issues...

The guy who helped me find and cut the lumber I needed was really friendly! Got what I needed cheaply and quickly :)

Went in to get keys made. Walked out with some cleaning supplies as well. Service always great here

This mall got some good stores for shopping I had a great time with my shopping bc I’ll always be singing out loud my longs to life every morning wherever I go to people do this and all the problems will be solve easy and easy way

I went there to pick up an order and it was not ready but the cashier quickly got someone to go get it for me. She also quickly voided a couple of unnecessary items. She also seemed genuinely concerned that I did not have any difficulty with my order. The doors that I bought were very nice and at a great price.
