I have left a lot of positive feedback for employees of GameStop But I have to say my experience with Caitlin was probably the best I've had with this company. She answered every question I asked and helped me beyond what is expected of her as an employee. She made several phone calls to other locations to secure an item I had been hunting for. Including two phone calls to update me on her search. Outside of the customer service she genuinely seems like a wonderful person who actually cares about what she does. It is very rare to find someone so genuinely kind.

Just stopped back at this location and once again had an absolutely positive experience. Avery was helpful and has a great sense of humor. Help me find what I was looking for and showed me a few other things that I wanted but didn't know I could get there. All of which had been discounted through the stores special. This location is excellent they just keep hiring wonderful people who actually care about their clientele.

Once again this company finds another excellent employee!!! Ryan was extremely helpful and really worked with me to renew my membership as well as find age appropriate games for my 10 y/o.

As a small business owner I know how hard it can be to consistently find quality help. This location has made it a priority and it shows.

Customer service is good. Haley was willing to make a small exception for me and man did it make my day. Both Haley and Rachel (I hope I'm spelling this right) are girls who know their games. Great advice and insight. I'm definitely coming here for my next purchase.

Great experience today. Went in to look for a preowned Project DIVA for Switch. The female behind the counter was very friendly, professional (she wore a mask) and had an almost encyclopedic knowledge of Japanese rhythm games, Pokemon and Stranger Things. +10 XP

Still a fun place for video games and action figures. They have a good clearance rack sometimes.

Definitely not the largest store, however I have never, ever, had such quality experience. I came in for some help with tracking an order I placed and merging two accounts. The workers that night sat on the phone listening to elevator music for over half an hour before getting an answer, handling multiple other customers as well. After getting a response and a lot of confusion the order was then cancelled and worked out so I walked out with my console in hand from the store. Over an hour in the store but happy nonetheless. They helped with everything I needed and then some. Definitely deserve a raise.

It’s always organized and the people who work there are super helpful and friendly. I keep going to this GameStop because of that.

This place is the only GameStop that has amazing employees... A while back they moved heaven and earth to help me get some emergency cash for trade Ins spent about 3 hours with me fixing there ice machine one guy had orange hair and there was a lady as well these two should be promoted and given raises... Seriously... I WILL call hq to bug ya all about it

My boyfriend, Eric, and I come to this Game Stop about once a week/every two weeks or so. Now, typically Game Stop is known for having a great staff, but this location goes ABOVE AND BEYOND. We absolutely LOVE the employees at this location. Mike, the manager, is very knowledgeable and ALWAYS does whatever he can to get us what we need. I wear glasses and he suggested the perfect fit of gaming headphones that would suite me best. The staff at this location WILL NOT FAIL YOU. I could easily get my xbox money cards online, but the staff always makes it a pleasure to shop in store instead.

Called in asking about having our power brick replaced for our refurbished Xbox one since it was not working right out of the box. The employee gave us the phone number that we couldn’t find online and offered to help us if our issue wasn’t resolved through them. Great employee

Edit: after reaching out to the number provided we were told they did not have any in their inventory. Kayla took down our information and is helping so much more than the corporate number we called.

Even though it was still small(I mean, it's GameStop...), it had very convenient parking, and a more open floor plan than the one in Riverdale. More open floor is nice so you're not bumping random people or their kids to look through the used games.
Organization was top notch and their gamer action figures were definitely well take care of on the floor. Everything was exactly where it needed to be and was really clean looking! FNAF figures sold out? Empty box without random stuff shoved in to make it seem full. Thank you! Seriously! I would rather see an empty box telling me the item is sold out, than a bunch of random stuff thrown in to get my hopes up to make it look "pretty" and "filled in".
Bendy was with Bendy, gaming accessories with the games and consoles. The organization was really impressive from what I've seen of other GameStops! That was my more impressed point. Everything was so easy to find, I spent more time thinking to myself "I found everything so quickly... am I sure I'm not forgetting something...?"

Can almost always find what we need here for gaming. If they can't help they usually know where to go. Staff are always super friendly.

Love the employees. They are always helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They are no longer pushy, and do right by the customer (within company policy, of course).

The store is small, and parking can be limited but the staff make this the best GameStop I personally have ever been to in the Midwest. Efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and understand, I have never had any complaints about this store!

The best gamestop around. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. I take my kids in to the store and my kids love talking games. I would never go anywhere else!

My son made $5 on 2 Xbox games, he was happy. Friendly staff and convenient location.

I've gone to this gamestop for years and have had a great experience every time I shop there. I'll keep coming back for that reason

I come here very often. While I could order all my gaming related stuff on Amazon, I check here first for what I want because of the great staff and sense of community.

The manager Dakota is great and friendly! I live in Mpls and drive here because the service is awesome.
