O'Reilly Auto Parts

I recommend this store to everyone. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My truck broke down in the parking lot and the staff helped me with tools and getting my Serpentine Belt on, and even offered the help. Businesses like this deserve more than can be said.

This is better than the one on the other side of town

We just drove 45 minutes to get parts they had on hand. The parts guy Matt made the trip worth it. Super funny and friendly. He also helped us save a couple bucks. Very happy with our experience.

We were on the way to the cabin, my husband stopped by to pick up alternator. He assured me it would be a 5 min job. Needless to say it took 1hr 45 mins. Dave, one of O'Reilly's team members came out to assist him and found a cracked part that needed to be replaced. Dave went into the store looked up the part so my husband could replace that part too. He also brought my husband a ladder to make it easier for him to get under the hood of his truck.
Fingers crossed we don't need to stop for another part. I'm not sure we will be able to find someone as kind as Dave.

Friendly place, the guy spent a lot of time with me looking something up and he knew that I was going to eventually buy the unusual part on line. Went out of his way to just be helpful, I'll be back to purchase whatever I need next time around. Good place!!

Amazing employees!!! They helped me with my car issues and were even kid friendly. They helped with finding what parts I needed and even looked at my car to show me what was wrong with it. Very very good customer service!!!! 10/10

Whenever I need a battery I head to O’Reillys! The staff I have encountered have been very quick to help me find whatever I need to get in and out so I can get back on the road. Today the battery that I have a Manufacturer warranty on wouldn’t be honored at a local Keys Automotive in Hugo , so I simply brought this battery into O’Reillys and purchased a new battery with a 2 year warranty. I asked before the sale was final ,”if I lose my receipt will there be a problem utilizing the factory warranty” , simply put I was told my information was in the system and I need not worry about it if I was to lose the receipt. However I taped this one to the battery in a ziplock baggy!!

The employee that helped me was friendly, knowledgable and didn't make me feel bad when I told him I didn't know what he was talking about. I'll definitely go back to this location.
