DeZiel has come through once again. Two years ago they installed a new HVAC system in my house and the customer service and work was excellent. Now they just finished replacing my 21 year old water heater and nine year old water softener. Dylan & Aaron were great to work with and had the answers to all my questions about the products and the install. I won't hesitate to continue to work with DeZiel as they help me maintain my new HVAC and water systems. Bottom line, I highly recommend DeZiel.

Best company ever!!! My AC started having problems and they came out the same day I called. My AC was a more complicated problem and they needed to come out more than once and every time they came out they were so friendly and professional. The nicest guys ever. They took the time to explain thoroughly and answered all my questions. They are extremely fair with prices. They went above and beyond to get my AC working properly and now it's working better than it ever has! I have never been more pleased with a company. All the guys were so nice and knowledgeable but I really have to give a special shout out for Aaron. He really came through.Thank you DeZiel!! You have some amazing guys working for you.

DeZiel is a great choice! Joe came out to check my A/C unit today as it wasn't working. Fixed and cleaned my unit. Good advice, very knowledgeable, and super nice guy! I appreciate the time he took to discuss everything and the work he did. I am back up and running! Thanks Joe!!

Out of the numerous companies I have worked with in this industry, they are the best. I just had central air installed. The guys were quick and thorough. Did great clean work. If it wasn't for my new thermostat and the unit outside I couldn't tell they were ever there. Then a week later my hot water took a crap. Nothing that they did caused it, but they came out to take a look and spent a great deal of time investigating. We couldn't get the part to fix it under warranty because of legalities. Again, not their fault. But I just want to rave about the guys that came out for my water heater. So kind, so thorough and explained everything very clearly and always made sure I didn't have questions as well as trying to help make sure I was taken care of. I can really tell they care about their customers!

We had a great experience with DeZiel heating and cooling from start to finish. It was time to replace our 20+ hvac system. Everyone we worked with from Aaron, Bruce, Spencer, Josh and Jared were super knowledgeable and great to work with. Our new system is in and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you to the team at DeZiel!!

Working with DeZiel was a great experience! The salesman (Tyler) that came out to our house was very knowledgeable, patient. He took the time to answer all of our questions and and was thorough in setting expectations from the Amanda heater and air conditioner we would receive, how the installation would go and exactly what we would pay. He was able to schedule our install Monday after only meeting on Friday. DeZiel’s installers were just as pleasant a surprise. They were on time and got to work right away. They told me they would be done about 2:30 and they did. They were careful to make everything look perfect from the ducting to the PVC angles etc. Very professional from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend DeZiel!

I am about as environmentally sensitive as they come… I have always felt fine in my home, and all of a sudden one day I came downstairs and I was having an allergic reaction to something. We couldn’t figure it out. Coincidentally we were having this company come out to take a look at our air conditioner anyways. The technician who came was very knowledgeable about sensitivities like mine. I’m a nurse so I was testing him a little to see if he was pulling our leg or not.
We had a different company out about 7 months ago to clean the ducts, etc. I was told by their “indoor environmental air specialist” that she didn’t know what a unit on the wall was and it didn’t matter, just don’t use it. Wow, awesome advice (super sarcastic voice). DeZiel knew what all devices in our utility room were and their purposes. Turns out, that “unknown” device was full of mold! That other company also told us to get a specific filter, it also turns out, it’s basically the equivalent of running a marathon with two N95 masks on, how adorable. (Again, lots of sarcasm here)!
I am back to feeling healthy in my home and am not having any environmental reactions.
Long story short, call DeZiel!

Edit: their “specialist” was at my home not on official business which makes it even worse, I thought she was a friend. She gave me a friends up charge not a discount. We paid close to 3,000 to have ductwork cleaned. Yep, I’m a sucker.

Andrew was at my house doing the annual AC inspection. Super nice guy, knows what he is doing and even offered suggestions on how to get the most life out of my air conditioner. I had requested an early morning appointment and I received a call at 7:30 a.m. asking me if 8:00 am would be okay. He was right on time. Thank you for your service!

A co-worker recommended them so I figured I’d get a second opinion before installing my new AC. I called for a quote on Tuesday, Tyler was nothing short of fantastic- he was friendly, personable, knowledgeable and seems like someone who I could go for a drink with. He quoted me $4,000(yes 4k) less than Rol Air and even upgraded my vents and needed an electrician, all free(to me). They came out the NEXT day to install it and we actually had to go outside now to warm up haha. I do not normally leave reviews, but I 300% will recommend them to everyone I know and vouch for them anytime.(and use them in the future)

DeZiel Heating & Air did an amazing job from start to finish! I called to have someone come and checkout my nonfunctioning A/C. Nic came out next day to service our A/C and found that we had several cracks in our furnace and our air conditioner needed several repairs as well. We decided to replace both our furnace and A/C. Nic set us up to meet with Tyler that same night. Tyler came to our house and explained the whole process, showed us our options, took measurements and took us through the financing process. He had everything set up within the hour and we were scheduled for an install for the very next morning. Josh J. and Zach W. were at our house that next morning before 8AM and had our new A/C and furnace installed same day. They all were awesome! Our experience with DeZiel Heating and Air was fantastic. We highly recommend this company!

Very professional, accommodating and has great communication. Tyler made sure to get us the package we needed to best suit our home and lifestyle with an Unbelievable price. Would recommend 10/10 over and over again.

Angel and Josh were absolutely fantastic!! Kind, friendly and respectful. The job was not "an easy one", and they remained positive the entire time! Ignoring the hours of annoying barking dogs while they worked. When they were done, they clearly explained everything to us. I could not be happier!!

DeZiel Heating & Air did a great job at getting techs scheduled to be on site the morning after my furnace went out on a very cold day.
When it was discovered my old furnace was not able to be repaired, DeZiel was able to arrange for a new furnace and air conditioner to be installed same day.
The DeZiel techs Angel and Ramiro did an great job at getting the old furnace and AC removed and the new ones installed. I would totally recommend them to friends and family.

Outstanding Service! Came out on a Sunday in a Snow Storm to get my furnace going! Dylan was the technician and we was so professional and knowledgable! Got everything working quickly too! Never call anyone else! DeZiel Heating and Air are Heroes!

We've hired DeZiel for years and have been very satisfied with their work.

Today we had our furnace replaced and the installers (Dan and Zach) were prompt, kind, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and walked me through their install process.

The entire process from a regular service call, to reviewing HVAC options, to scheduling delivery/install/inspection was very smooth. Highly recommend!!

We run group homes, we use DeZiel for every one! Their annual service plan is great! They install good, american products and have never been anything short of thoroughly enjoyable! Shout out to Nick for being a fantasic tech for us and their whole installation team! Have bought 3 furnaces, an air conditioner, a water heater, and a water softner through them and i wouldnt go through any other company to do it! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who'd listen!

These guys are just so great! They are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, super hard workers, and they all took such good care of us! Joe came out on Sunday and tried desperately to get our 20 year old furnace working! After determining it would be very costly to repair we decided to purchase a new furnace. He had their Comfort Consultant, Tyler, contact us and Tyler came out on Sunday also to go over everything and help us decide which was the best type of system to go with. We decided to have our central AC replaced at the same time. Our installers, Dan and Josh came on Monday and began the work. They worked until they got the new furnace installed and heat back on for us which was such a blessing! On Tuesday, Dan and Zach came back and finished everything up. They did a wonderful job, showed us how everything worked, answered all of our questions, cleaned everything up so nicely! We are very, very happy with our new furnace, AC, humidifier and thermostat, and grateful for the wonderful service we received!

The installers Spencer and Zach did an excellent job installing my air, I was concerned it wasn’t going to be level but they assured me it would be.
They also said if the air doesn’t keep up they would come back out and adjust the Freon. Since the weather is cold I haven’t had a chance to turn it on, but I’m sure the company would fix any problems. They seem to be customer focused.

This family owned business does a TEAM approach. They showed knowledge in each of their expertise. I know who to call if I’m ever in need of services! Thanks DeZiel!

Dylan and Hakum were extremely professional and efficient when they cleaned our air ducts! They explained everything they were doing, showed us the before and after results and answered any questions we had. They were very considerate in how they approached the job from wearing protective foot wear to checking to make sure they had cleaned up where they had been working.
