I'm a new construction homeowner at Town Square by Eastbrook Homes in Rockford, MI. Our home purchases include Lakeshore Outdoor Living panel fencing. The owner, Roman, met with me personally and was very accommodating to my requests. The installation supervisor, Ron, is doing a great job and very accommodating as well. Very pleased with the maintenance free design, quality and aesthetics.

We had LVP install vinyl fencing on our deck, backyard and side yard two years ago. Beautiful fencing! We recently had a storm in our area and the high wind gusts tore down some of the fence on our side yard. We had no clue this happened until I opened our front door and a business card fell on the floor with a note on the back. Our sales rep Roman had an estimate on our street that day, noticed the fence was falling apart so he stopped and fixed it! We need more people like him in our world today! Thank you Roman!

Impossible to work with. Listened to someone talk on the phone with them for half an hour. They admitted they don't record phone calls and have no records of her voicing concerns when the work was being done. They also refused to communicate via email, which is much easier for those of us who work a 9-5. She had issues with them destroying her property and not acknowledging it or cleaning up after themselves. If you care about what your yard looks like after I wouldn't recommend going to this business.
