They say you don’t know how good a company is until you have a problem. I have used Milaca Building Center for several years and have always had great service. I ran into a problem with our most recent house project. I reached out to Chris Kotsmith who immediately got me in touch Pat the bookkeeper. I set up an appointment with Pat and due to the nature of the problem she brought in Nick Kotsmith to help resolve. Both Pat and Nick were extremely professional, knowledgeable and took responsibility for the company’s part of the problem.
I feel I was respected, my complaints were taken very seriously, and I am a valued customer. We were able to come to a satisfactory resolution within 2 days. Thank you for your prompt courteous service.

I cannot say enough great things about Milaca Building Center. I built a house last summer and acted as my own general contractor (single mom with no construction experience) and Luke Kotsmith at MBC made the whole process go as smooth as can be. He really went above and beyond to make sure my house came out exactly as I had envisioned. He has a lot of experience but young enough to keep up with current trends. I worked with a lot of people throughout the whole process and Luke was the only one who I felt truly had my best interests in mind. Anytime one of the guys I hired wanted to cut a corner, I ran it by Luke to get his opinion. He followed through with everything he said he would and I never had to worry about being short on materials. When I first started planning out my house, everyone I spoke to said to go with Milaca Building Center and I now see why everyone speaks so highly of this place. What they quoted me at was right where the final bill ended up at - no surprises and quality materials. Very happy customer here!

Needed plywood delivered to our place in Onamia. Paid less than what I would have paid at HD or Menards, and that included next day delivery. Everyone I have ever interacted with at this place is curteous and respectful. Five star customer service. Very satisfied customer here!

My husband and I needed to order new windows for the basement. We were quoted extremely fair and we were very pleased with the level of customer service. They came to us to measure for a custom fit, suggested the best material, and the order/installation was flawless. They also went above and beyond to fill a few cracks and holes they found during this time. I am thankful for companies like Milaca Building Center.
