I really like stopping there. Very nice people who get their job done with a smile. I drive by other places on my way there.

Skylar, Morgan, Bree & Brett are amazing. When I moved to town they all treated me with the BEST customer service I’ve ever seen. I truly hope Casey’s sees this and can do something amazing for these 4!

I wish people would understand that we are short handed. The pumps not giving receipts has been an issue but we have contacted corporate to come and take a look. I love my crew I work with.

Just spoke with the Casey’s pump repair man less than a week ago and talked about the gas pump major issue here. He was taking bags off and fixing whatever needed fixing at the time. I’m back today and 5 more pumps are bagged. Also the pump I was able to use did not offer a receipt and instructed me to go inside. These are ongoing issues at this location. Many people complain but Casey’s will not make the necessary corrections. Your repair man said this location makes too much money for Casey’s to consider closing it once you open your new location down the street les than a mile away. Please make an investment in all new pumps here if you care at all about customer service.

The pumps are oddly off-line often. And the price of gas is absurd. I can’t wait for the Costco open on 180th and Maple. Maybe that will stop the gouging in Elkhorn.

At least half or more of the pumps and/or card readers didn’t work tonight.
