Darryl at the 19 mile and Hayes store in clinton twp, michigan went above and beyond to help me put new windshields on my equinox. He spent time finding the correct adaptors for each one. I am thankful for his help.

Thanks RICH! - So I had a bad battery - called triple aaa and they came out tested my battery but didn't have one in Their mini truck so they told me to go to Thier shop a few blocks away cool so i drove there - then they was like yo we closing right now - I was like that’s not nice ….bruh … so I drive to auto Zone close by and yea there was a nice young man named Rich who helped me even when it was hailing and raining he was fast and he put a new battery in properly and the new battery worked like magic he saved the day I got 4 kids and can’t have an unreliable car !

Very friendly young lady helped me out this evening. I didn't feel obligated or rushed. She took her time to look up my account when I had trouble on the self checkout, without me having to ask. She paid close attention and quickly assisted me. I will return to this location in the very near future.

I go to auto part stores all over the state to buy materials for work. When I walked into this store I noticed how clean it was. I was instantly greeted by helpful employees. A older gentleman helped me find everything and cashed me out while being extremely nice the entire time. I was surprised at how this store made me realize that every other part store I go to (other autozones as well) are missing the touch of professionalism that this store has. Well done to this auto zone.
