We just moved to Oswego and have been in this Home Depot several times already. Every time that we go people are exceptionally friendly. If I ask where something is, most of the time they walk me right to where the item is. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. I will continue to frequent this store.

I was helped by Tony the cashier in garden a few days ago and found him to be a fantastic guy! This store is always giving a feel that I can enjoy being in. I personally prefer this store over Menards and really just love the crew! They're always helping me with my needs and bettering the experience.

Tony K. is at the top, one of the best Home Depot has to offer. Always willing to go above and beyond to help his customers. He is easily recognizable by his blue Cubbies hat and is always eager to assist with any questions or concerns. Tony’s extensive knowledge of the store’s inventory and layout makes him an invaluable resource for customers looking for assistance. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help make him a standout member of the team. I highly recommend Tony for his outstanding customer service skills and dedication to ensuring that every customer has a positive shopping experience. Not to mention always representing the cubbies.

Well stocked store, staff is friendly and helpful. Store is clean and typically not too crowded. Self checkout lanes are a great option when just grabbing a few items to avoid waiting in a line typically. Good selection of Halloween items as well when in season!

Great selection of products. Lots of Milwaukee stuff that wasn’t sold out. I like the Halloween decorations also. Keep it up guys 👍👍

Best Home Depot in Kendall county. Employees are super friendly and provided recommendations. I would be frequent here for sure.

What can you say about Home Depot? Well they have just about any hardware store type of need you want. It wasnt busy at all when I was there. The staff I ran across was all eager to help and checkout was quick and easy. They have the self checkout lanes like the grocery stores have which makes it quick. I needed a new kitchen sink faucet and got one here. Stainless steel finish with the pull down spray faucet. Including pics.

It’s a Home Depot, it’s super close and convenient, and they always have what I need.

I am in the process of opening a small business of handmade wood signs. I am usually nervous when I go into these types of stores and I need to ask a question because I am a woman, and it can be intimidating if you don’t fully know what you’re talking about. Plus, I have had experiences in the past where I have felt like the staff doesn’t take me seriously when I ask questions, despite my eagerness to learn. Anyways, the staff at this location are GREAT. They are always very friendly and helpful. I also recently had a complicated question regarding a project I am working on for my business, and two employees in particular took the time to explain things to me in depth, and gave me some instrumental advice. I am so grateful for their kindness and the time they took out of their day to help me. I was probably helped for 40+ minutes. Thank you Ken and Scott! Will definitely be purchasing my Home Depot products for my business at this location from now on! And if I need more advice, I know who to look for.

7-30-22. Such wonderful caring staff. One particular young man I believe his name was Garrett he worked in Gardening. And thanks to Garrett's assistance, home Depot made out on over $500.00 because of our purchase . Thank you so much Garrett.

Best customer service and quality products. Lowe’s and Menards can Never beat Home Depot.

I have been to this Home Depot many times. Absolutely amazing service here. Just about every employee I ever walk by asks if they can help with anything. I'd I do need help, they go way out of their way to answer questions, or help me find what I am looking for. Next level customer service for sure.

Great help,clean, prices are higher then other places

We have been shopping specifically at this location for years. I want to highlight that since they have started curbside pick-up, that this has made the entire experience even easier and more enjoyable. The service has been very good whether in person or on the phone. Our items have always been delivered with a smile and our orders have always been accurate.

I received amazing help in finding a spark plug, blade, and air filter for my push lawn mower. The guy even waited for me as I went to the car to get my old blade. He was very attentive and patient with making sure I had the right parts.

Considering we went on black friday, I am really impressed aith how well it was organized. The store was in great condition and the staff was very sweet but also very helpful. I ended finding majority of the men's Christmas gifts there for a great price. Everything was super easy to find. My husband loved it so much there, we were there for an hour and half. No joke.

Could walk around here all day.
They have it all.
