I would defiantly recommend them if you are looking for a new floor. Excellent experience from the buying process all the way through the installation. They helped to answer all of our questions and get us into the right flooring product. We love our floor and couldn't be happier!

This company is a family business, that goes the extra mile for me. Mark takes his time and helps so much. I have been to a couple certification classes, and GroundFX is by far the best. I have also tried other companies to buy my epoxy. I truly wish I started using this company a long time ago. Mark wants everyone to be successful. He is not just looking for the sale. Mark and his team came out and put an Epoxy finish on our concrete countertops. We absolutely love the work they’ve done. It was the finishing touch on our beautifully remodeled kitchen. They were very professional and we highly recommend this company.

Ground FX was amazing. We were looking for hardwood and found a Asian Walnut. The selection was over the top for any kind of flooring you could want. Mark was an information guru on all the flooring we were looking at. Very friendly. If you need anything that could possibly go on a floor this is where you need to start looking.

I disagree with your assessment of who a review should come from. Although there was no exchange of money between our parties, there was correspondence for a proposed job I inquired about. In asking questions, instead of being responded to professionally, I was ignored and subsequently I left this review. You did not tell me the problems with the concrete nor did you inform me that you were going to decline the job. You instead reserved both of those things for a response to my review, which mind you, also contains passive aggressive threats of retaliatory actions and a poor attempt to discredit my accurate review. Your response is only proof of your unprofessionalism, and while I did not have the opportunity to see your work, you clearly deserve a one star for your customer service.

Terrible experience with this company. Mark the owner is a real piece of work. So unprofessional. Don’t take his one year guarantee on his work seriously. Unless your prepared to take the guy to court like we have to do. Do yourself a favor don’t hire them. I just seen the owners response to this review and all I can do is laugh. First off it’s not an 80 year old home and second It is a complete lie that he told us the subfloor was no good and I didn’t want to spend the money. I would have spent the money but him and his crew told me they could make it work. Guess what! It didn’t! He didn’t pull floor up three times it was twice and twice the problem was not fixed. And on the second time they glued floor which is not supposed to be done and completely voids my warranty on flooring from factory. And once he found out his crew glued it and whole floor would have to be replaced at his cost he told us he wouldn’t do it and if we had to take him to court that was fine. So that’s what we are doing. So like I said above don’t hire this guy.
