Have never had any issues here nor have we ever had issues finding what we need. This location is very convenient for us so were here all the time. Plus they always seem to have deals going on which is nice. Thank you!

Well taken care of store

Always a pleasant shopping experience. Friendly employees and they have everything I need for my dog like healthy treats and senior dog food. I also take advantage of the 11% rebates.

I walked in at 8:50, 10 minutes from closing time and had no idea where to find the bags of sand I needed. An employee named Jason took me to them, helped me load them on the cart and push them to the checkout because the yard gate was already closed. I appreciate his help and hope all their employees are as helpful as Jason was. Great job.

I'm in the process of remodeling my kitchen and I needed help pricing out cabinets. I spoke with 3 associates (Gregg, Jenn, and Brendan) and each of them gave me high level of service. At the end Brendan was the person who finalized my design and WOW is he polite, caring, and courteous. I have nothing but good things to say about this store and it's staff. This store has been a savior from 2010 to this point. They are nicer here than any of the others by a long shot (not thrilled with Yorkville). I just got off the phone with the carpet dept. and the guy was incredibly helpful at answering questions about ordering, delivery & returns. The carpet I want has to be ordered & is considered "special delivery". That means, if you return it, there's a 25% restocking fee. He also stated, they will hold items up to 3 weeks if delivered to the store. Great info. THANKS GUYS.

Shout out to Becky at the front desk for providing outstanding service today! When I first walked up, she was very friendly and respectful. I had to return an item and Becky was more than helpful. I really like coming to Menards and great employees like this make the experience so much better. Keep up the great work!!!!

Menards is my favorite store! I can get almost everything I need here. The store layout is easy to navigate, and the employees are so helpful assisting me to find what I need. My Menards is well- stocked, and I appreciate that it is kept clean, including the restrooms.

Norman the GM is amazing with customer service, he runs his store well and his team has always been helpful. This Montgomery location is so much better than the Yorkville location. Kudos to Norman, Menards you are lucky to have such a great associate.

Menard is the real deal!! I needed a couple of pieces to fix my kitchen table. The ladies that acknowledged me when I came into their dept and assisted me with my needs. I came into the store the evening of Saturday February 3rd, 2018. I needed a lot of things for a project and the most important was wood. Brandon, Keondre, William and David assisted me with my purchase. They made sure all the different sizes were even and didn't mind going back and looking for more good ones. They are all an asset to your store and company. They were also very knowledgeable as to where I needed to go for all my other purchases.

The staff is friendly and approachable. They were reorganizing displays for spring and I was surprised by all the new items and the quality of the products such as grills and lawn furniture. Food section is also expanded with many must have products.

Each time I asked about an item, the employee knew exactly where it was as I was looking all over for it.

I went in 4/12 for a metal lock for garage. Explained what item looked like and went right to the aisle.

Today I bought some wooden sealant for my floor and got the wrong container. Went back a nd they were very understanding and exempt exchanged it out.
