FP Movement

I don’t usually write reviews but after my experience at FP movement in Cocowalk I felt compelled to. I had such an incredible and positive experience shopping there. When I walked in I was greeted but wasn’t bombarded by workers and given the space I needed to look around, and then after a bit I was asked if I needed anything to ask. I wish I had gotten her name, but the worker who helped me was so fun and helpful without being pushy at all. Without even asking she’d bring sizes and colors from the back for the few options I wanted but weren’t in the front. I made out with 3 happiness runs tops (my new favorite top). Overall loved the vibes of the store and for once didn’t get the normal anxiety I get from dealing with sales associates. 10/10 recommend this store and can’t wait to go back.

Thank you to Kat who was able to deliver a yoga mat to me that I saw on their Insta stories! I love it! She gave me little goodies along with the order that gave me the biggest smile because it was totally unexpected. The best service from lovely people.

Me encanta la ropa para ejercitarse y casual que hay allí . Diferente a las acostumbrada. Telas y modelos variados. Buena confección y calidad. Precios adecuados a la calidad. Los diseños van orientados para damas que practican Yoga; pero en realidad sirven para todas las mujeres "de movimiento" que les gusta vestir cómoda. Está ubicada la tienda dentro de Cocowalk en Coconut Grove. Cuenta con estacionam8ento público

Just based off recent experience kinda dissapointed. I helped open this location , was part of the team watching everything get built, moving product in, getting everything online and working there, after moving to the beach location I sometimes come back and visit to shop.

Recently i dont recognize any of the girls, but most make it a point to not talk to anyone. I understand its hard, i persoanlly have a hard time communicating when I feel drained, but no greeting, no nothing seems a little odd. I was walking around for a bit loooking for sizes and trying to ask individuals for help and they kinda were just too distracted folding or running around. I wanted to ask more about this 300 dollar duffle for a trip, and get some clothing but my size was not in the front.

And i kinda gave up and just walked out. I get working at the store you have to be more "patient" but if i treated people like that i wouldve gotten chewed the hell out. Or as a manager chewed those people out. all in all, felt kinda like i should shop on line or wait until another day maybe someone will be in a better mood to help.

II am a long time Coconut Grove resident. Love FP. movement & Free people. I have been buying for years. Customer service at the Coconut Grove store left much to be desired .The two girls Stephanie & Gigi only served once customer when there was 4 other people at the store. werei ignored not once they asked if anyone need it help. I asked for a skirt she was ecxepcting me to get it in order to try it on did not even asked for my size. Sorry I would properly train them to deal with the publuc
