AT&T Store

I was in the at+t store this morning, 17 September 2022 at 10 am. The store opened at 10 am and I was 5th in line. I figured this is great! I have better things to do than sit waiting all morning to fix my phone. Maybe I'll come back next week. Next thing I know there's only one person in front of me.. now it's my turn, just like that...ya No S___! She understood my concerns and shows me what she is doing. She deleted some apps that I added to the phone, they slowed the phone to Turtle Speed. But I don't know too much about this technical world.
But Meagan, the CSA at your store is the BEST! She took care of me and everyone else before on this day. Hats off to Meagan, and to at+t for employing her.

The young man that helped me was awesome. The store was full & he was the only one working. He took his time with each customer he was just great. I think his name was Aaron not sure but he did great.

I went in and had Aaron help me and he was great! He never rushed me and answered al my questions and gave me great advice on best way to get what I wanted at best price! And then when I had trouble with my direct tv getting installed, he called and stayed in contact with me about all the problems and called direct tv hisself and spent hours getting it figured out and fixed and saved me from having to spend hours on of frustrating conversations with direct tv. He went above and beyond! so even through all the frustrations with getting my direct tv installed; i was overly satisfied with the store and way Aaron handled and helped with everything!!!!!

I had purchased an AT&T flip phone from WalMart for my elderly Dad. I thought set up would be easy, but I could not get contacts to download, so I took it back but no one at WalMart had a clue. Figures...So I spotted the AT&T store and was helped by a really professional and nice young man on a Sunday afternoon. He tried several different things but could not get the phone from WalMart to work, so I just bought a flip phone from him. He made the experience enjoyable and helped me get my Dad set up. Thank you AT&T employee. Sorry I can't remember your name.

I've always been really pleased with our AT&T store here in our little town. The young man Aaron is really knowledgeable about the product he sales.
Just as the Manger and the young Lady that works their. I'm really Pleased with the team at the Crockett, Tx AT&T store.

I met Aaron when he was promoting at our job. He is amazing! If I didn't already have serice with at&t and Direct tv I would have signed up that day!

Oh wow did I have an ordeal with bestbuy but here at Crockett ATT and especially thanks to Service and Sales Technician Pat my issue got resolved and fixed patiently and kindly 🥰 I am so thankful
