I loved being able to check out mattresses without someone following me around or watching. They have plenty of info there and ways you can get help if needed. Ordering was simple, delivery was right on time. The two delivery men were pleasant and respectful. Very happy with our experience!

Liked not having a salesman follow us. We decided in our own time. Didn't feel any pressure. Delivery was awesome. We had to wait three days, but that was perfect for us. The delivery guys went above and beyond. They took out our old mattress and frame. Joey and his partner (I didn't catch his name) were courteous and clean. I messed up when I told them what height I wanted, but they redid everything without a complaint. I would definitely do it again. ps don't forget to tip your delivery guys. They deserve it.

It was nice walking into a store and not being followed or questioned and bothered by a sales person. Was able to pick what I liked plus they had a sale going on. The delivery guys were nice and efficient and took all the old stuff and set up the new stuff. Very happy with the overall experience.

Great experience all-around ! Like the no salesman concept and their execution was flawless.
