AT&T Store

Chase, the manager was able to help me after a very short wait. My app was giving me trouble trying to upgrade my phone so I went into the store and he made everything super easy for me. He was able to give me a phone right then and there and helped me transfer all my info over. He definitely made the transaction easier for me!

Today, my husband and I visited this AT&T location for the first time. The store manager, Chase provided impeccable customer service! This was our 1st trip, however it definitely won't be our last. Chase was professional, attentive, and hands on. This will be our go-to store for certain.

This was by far the easiest and quickest trip to an AT&T store I’ve had since 2009, Jack was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He is very friendly and made the whole process a piece of cake!

Added a second line to my existing phone and a feature wasn’t enabled. Stopped in and in a matter of like 3 minutes everything was working properly. Very knowledgeable guys and friendly as well.

The district manager Chase was AMAZING. He helped us with every single issue, concern and thing we needed and was very thorough, professional, personable and kind. He needs a raise! He was so patient with my absent minded mother and answered all her questions, sometimes twice. He even worked through his lunch to help us. I would give more stars if I could.

Just walked in looking to buy an I-Pad. Jack, the manager of the store, went to help us immediately and luckily, they had the newest one in stock. (Just one for us!) In & out of the store in less than 30 minutes, with exactly what we wanted, plus friendly, helpful customer service. Tony was very personable as well! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Logan was very helpful. He knew the answer to every question. He's been a pleasure to work with.

Chase and Tony…excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable. Even stayed about 30 minutes after they closed to make sure we got our phones up and going. The level of customer service that these guys provided is unheard of these days. Definitely representing their company/brand in the best way possible.

Sales Consultant Chase helped fix our activation issue last night, and he was absolutely amazing! Stayed in the phone for 2 hours and even when the support person on the phone suggested we go home and try tomorrow he stood up for us and said no I’d like to keep working on this, 20 minutes later the problem was fixed. He went above and beyond for us and our phones weren’t even his sale. He will be our go to person from now on for upgrades or anything! Amazing customer service by chase and the other two employees who tried to help as well.

When I walked into the store, I barely had my feet in the door and Joseph asked me how he could help me. I needed to replace my phone and even considered going to another carrier but they made me feel important and appreciated, so I stayed and listened to the solution to my problem.
