I want to leave a specific five star review for Mark in the rental area at Home Depot. Despite being SWAMPED and having to run the entire rental area on his own during a very busy time, he delivered service with a smile, was thorough with everything, and maintained a level of professionalism under circumstances that would have likely crushed most people. He's a good representative for Home Depot and you're lucky to have him on your team!

While seeming to be in every city you visit, it's still nice to have this store in town. I bought a home that needed a bit of refreshing and I'd say about 90% of the materials came from this store alone. I've even used their custom window ordering service and that was a pleasant experience. Customer service at HD can be hit or miss but I've never had bad experience, only average and generally pleasant experiences.

Get your Grill On! Getting mine on with a great grill from Home Depot! I was in and out in under ten minutes, they even helped me load it. Nice price with a side searing section and cook top for 279.00. Time to get the meat and enjoy Spring Break cooking. They have a lot of grills in stock right now, but this is the best one for the price...only three left.

Selection and pricing are better than Lowe's Leander by a mile. Helpful and visible staff watch for people who may have questions and greet them in passing to create opportunities to do so. It is appreciated.

It used to be a toss up between Lowes and home Depot, pretty much the same...
But home Depot has far surpassed in the customer service and and helpfulness areas that I won't even walk in a Lowe's ever again. Basically,if home Depot doesn't have it, you probably don't need it

Today, we purchased a grill from this location and we had the pleasure of working with Ed from department 28.

Ed was extremely courteous, helpful, and went above and beyond while helping us with our purchase. He made the experience very pleasant and it was an absolute pleasuring working work him. We hope to have the chance to work with him again in the future.

A bit hard to track down an employee but he was super nice and cut wood for me. This home depot is 5x further that the lowes next to me but it was worth the drive.

The nicest, cleanest best Home Depot I've gone to, and that's quite alot in 6 different states I've gone to. Everything was nearly organized, shelves fully stocked.. no wait time on cashier line.. Had everything i needed to hang shelves.

What’s not to like about the home improvement big box stores! Home Depot is always having great sales and they carry pretty much everything for home improvement and more.

This past weekend I coordinated a non-profit event called the Big Event where we worked on 30+ homes in Lago Vista, Jonestown, and Point Venture. Larry and Gabby from the Pro Desk were so helpful and all 7 deliveries were on-time and complete. Sarah, the store manager, was also helpful to ensure all of our deliveries were completed before our event. Thank you for making our event a huge success!

In-N-Out found everything I needed everybody was real helpful and courteous and I am thankful for that. Is the veteran I am very grateful for the discount you give me and all of my brothers. I am a para trooper from the Vietnam war, but on November the 6th I decided to wear a paratrooper outfit from a world war II in honor of all the paratroopers and those that serve in world war II D-Day.

Jim in rental department was awesome. Super helpful and set me up with exactly what I needed to get the job done. Went out of his way to get me the right truck when another rental place let me down.

Richard in hardware at the Cedar Park,TX store was AWESOME! He went above & beyond.... super friendly & very helpful! They had 2 of the tool boxes pictured, but neither one had a set of keys. He took time to call other stores to see if they had the same box WITH the keys, but in the end, he took $30 off the price...I couldn't be happier! The keys are available from Amazon, btw! Overall a great shopping experience!

Had an order to be picked up. They surprised me at how quickly they got it out to me. In fluffy foo foo talk - they exceeded my expectations.
