AT&T Store

I purchased a new plan/phone with Lewis and had a wonderful experience! He was patient and thorough. Went back to return my old phone and was helped by Craig. Expertly helped return it, gave confirmation of the return receipt and really showed to be an asset to your store. Each time Jordan was there helping customers and also seemed knowledgeable and eager to help. Really glad I chose this location to set up my new AT&T account! They made it seamless and simple for the tech challenged old lady lol Thank you!

What a breath of fresh air to meet young, competent, helpful professionals who are a credit to AT&T. Alexis got the pertinent information required and transferred our account from T-mobile. The only usable cell phone signal at our farm in Murphy is AT&T. Providentially,, Verizon's total incompetence and dishonesty sent us into the loving arms of AT&T. We are very happy with our new relationship, a marriage made in heaven. I was also very happy to see discount programs for First Responders, teachers and Military personnel.

At my visit to the store Jordan was extremely extremely helpful and awesome, there was also a gentleman in training while we were there he was also very nice but unfortunately couldn't help much as he was still in training. Halfway through Jordan helping us Lilly came in to work and she was very pleasant to us. Everyone there was very nice and had nice smiles.
5/5 star visit!

This Blairsville store has nice people who are knowledgeable. And they tell you the truth. AT&T limits what all they can do. This is big business. But our little store is a good one & we like it.

This was my first time buying my own phone. I didn’t have a clue what to do. Craig helped me understand and was really nice about it. I have great service now which I noticed as soon as I left. Oh and Jordan was also nice (he helped my parents) definitely recommend asking one of them to help you.

Dropped my phone in the lake. Needed a replacement ASAP. Went to the blairsville location AT&t store. Was greeted by Craig who immediately presented a solution that would be inexpensive for the interim until my insurance claim would be processed and I would receive a replacement phone.
By far the best experience I've had in a phone store ever. Perhaps the best experience I've had in any retail setting in recent memory. That was because of Craig.
Knowledgeable, helpful, easy to work with.

We were greeted upon entering the store. We had several questions regarding changing service providers. The sales representatives were very knowledgeable and helpful. So far we are very happy with our decision to switch from Verizon to AT&T!

Our sales rep, Jordan, was very kind, courteous & helpful. We quickly helped us change our service and made sure we got the best monthly price AT&T offered that fit our needs! Highly recommend this location!

Today i met one of the most helpful, nicest employee at the at&t store named jc. I went there this morning in such a panic because i needed to esign important documents that were being emailed to me but no matter what i did i couldnt find them. Thats were jc comes in, he went out of his way to help even talking to the customer service person who was sending them. He didnt give up and after quite sometime he was able to locate where they were (doc magic). We had to come back a few hours later to esign a few more and he still was so nice and didnt make us feel we were a pest. I hope you realize what a great employee you have and so friendly. Jc thank you so much again!

The employees at this store are more than fabulous! I have worked with them for years and they have never indicated impatience nor frustration. Although my brain is technologically impaired, Both Rhett and Todd teach me to solve any issue.

I went into the Blairsville, GA AT&T store this week and no employees had shown up for work except Tiffany. There were approximately 8 customers that came in and out during the time I was there and Tiffany did an amazing job of multi tasking to serve each customer's needs. Plus she did it all while smiling and being pleasant and positive. She deserves a shout out for the great job she did!

Fantastic atmosphere and wonderful customer service! After the hands free law took effect in Ga, I stopped in to look at the available hands free options. Lee was more than helpful and worked with me to find the best product for what I needed. For any advice on accessories or to set up a new device, he will be my go to from now on!

Savannah and Todd took excellent care of me and my father law who needed a new phone same day. We were both impressed with their customer service and knowledge of products.

I had an absolutely excellent experience the guys there JC, Jordan and Hugh were so helpful patient and kind!! We really appreciated the help and guidance! Again, great experience!🤩
