Everyone leaving bad reviews need to put themselves in the shoes of the pharmacy techs. It has to be an overwhelming job having to fill prescriptions for so many people whilst having limited staff. It takes nothing to just be patient and kind! They do the best they can! I’ve honestly never had issues with them even with the long waits. When my prescriptions are filled I get notified and It’s always in a timely manner. Staff if you read this, you’re doing the best you can don’t let these entitled reviews affect you. Thank you for all you do!

8.6.22 I was incredibly sick & this was the closest place to get a rapid covid test. It was 30 minutes away, but well worth it. The Nurse Practitioner was professional & informative. I had the results back before I left & a prescription sent to my local pharmacy in town.

Had to get a physical for school and i was able to make an appointment online the day before. The process was very thorough and easy to do. The nurse (Michelle) and NP (Sandy) were both on time, very nice, thorough, and kept me informed every step of the way during my appointment. Would highly recommend the minute clinic for non-COVID health concerns.

Earl was helpful in directing me to someone who could help me with lowering the cost of one of my medications! Kiara was amazing, she helped me lower the cost of one of my medications by helping me sign up for a card online, if it wasn’t for her I would be paying hundreds for just one medication. Great service 🙏🏼👍🏼

I don't ever write reviews, but I felt I absolutely had to this time. When my niece and I walked into CVS we needed to print a few pictures very quickly for a last minute Christmas gift. Go us for waiting until the last minute, typical right? Anyhow after fumbling with the machine for a good 10 minutes and getting myself completly worked up a gentleman (I wish I had gotten his name, but he must have been the manager because he was wearing gray) came up and asked if I needed help. He took the time to get 2 different cords, go step by step with me and etc. Then left us to it. After we FINALLY finished up, a good 30 minutes later, we go to check out...he was so patient and kind and took his time. Anyway unbeknownst to me the cvs had already closed, and we were the only ones in there. I had absolutely no idea that they were closed, he never not once rushed me, reminded me, seemed inpatient with us, they didn't even announce over the intercom. I was shocked! Normally in today's society everyone is in such a rush to herd you out and be rude about it, and he never not once made it apparent. I can't express how much I appreciated that and how kind it was, let alone for a whopping $1.52 sale. Just thank you sir, after a day like I had...thank you! There is still hope out there!

Today I was in the drive through and my car stalled. 4 very helpful CVS employees pushed me out of the drive and help me get my car started. Thank you Patrick, Maria, Gab and M. Your act of kindness is appreciated.

Love the pharmacy staff, although their overwhelmed and very busy they all seem to pull together and help each other out when needed, I’ve always had a very pleasant experience here when picking up my prescriptions!

Clean store and well organized. The staff were helpful when trying to find products and love that they have self checkout. A good place for most of your needs

This is my local CVS pharmacy and I love coming here. All the cashiers and the manager are always so nice, they take pride of providing excellent customer service. You guys rock!!!

I don't get the bad reviews. I enjoy the people at the pharmacy they are always nice to me. Also the store is always clean and shelves stocked.

Came in for flu shot and Sandra at the Minute Clinic was great! Very informative, good conversation and very courteous.

I like the place they allways help me. And they send my medication or refills. Every one is nice.

This is a great store they saved me when the CVS Burleson was a horrible excuse for a pharmacy.

I have been coming here for years. Nice friendly people.

I find I can always save money with the large variety of products.
