I recently visited the Dollar Tree store in Crowley, Texas, and was incredibly impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by an employee named Madison. From the moment I stepped in, Madison’s assistance was invaluable. She expertly guided me through the store’s deals and promotions, ensuring I found exactly what I needed.

When I was looking for hair gel for my nephew, Madison took an extra step to view a photo of his hair type, helping me select the perfect product from their extensive health and beauty section. Her knowledge of Dollar Tree’s inventory and her ability to provide tailored recommendations significantly enhanced my shopping experience.

Madison’s multitasking skills were also noteworthy. She efficiently restocked merchandise while maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor. Her approach to customer service made my visit to the Dollar Tree in Crowley not just a shopping trip, but a memorable experience.

Though Madison will be moving on soon, her dedication and positive attitude have made a lasting impression. It’s rare to find such committed service, and it definitely sets the Dollar Tree in Crowley apart. I look forward to my next visit, all thanks to Madison’s exceptional customer care.

I go to this Dollar Tree first and if I can't get it here then I go to HEB or Kroger but always Dollar Tree first. Joshua has wonderful people! (I don't buy tape here)

Outstanding dollar store. Wide selection of items. Much better than Dollar General.

This store tends to always be clean and the staff is always working hard to keep the shelves stocked. Super friendly and helpful with smiles. There's plenty of parking, but can be a bit tricky getting in and out a this store can get very busy.

Got a bunch of cool stuff for the kids to play with. And all the Valentine's Day gifts and cards I needed too. And hey, y'all should know that this place has the same quality greeting cards as everywhere else but they are super cheap, like some of them are 2 for $1. And they are funny. Let me go take a pic of one of the ones I got...hold up, brb...there you go, you see what I'm saying, its funny and its really cheap. Anyway, the staff up there is really nice and they have tons of balloons and holiday decorations if you need to decorate or give gifts and don't want to waste a bunch of money. Happy Valentine's Day y'all

I came in the store 7 min to closing and expected to be rushed because as sad as it is that’s how most businesses do it, but I was greeted with a smile, first let me say I’m shocked the door was unlocked, but not only was it unlocked I was greeted with a smile and was kindly reminded that I had about 7 min. Well at closing time they pleasantly said a closing greeting on the intercom and when I got to the front I was asked if I found everything okay and Miesha asked me how was my day. The gentleman told me to have a blessed night with a smile and for this I want to say THANKYOU for excellent service!

Nice little store. Well stocked. The staff there take care of the store.
Very much nicer than the huge store on Wilshire. I like my little Dollar Tree. Just got home with another nice group of things.
Another wonderful trip today to Dollar Tree. Was looking for a few things and one of their ladies and the manager were great. I'm all set for a great party tomorrow. Wonderful!!

I was there the morning of July 3rd and the young gentleman and lady that were checking everyone out were very pleasant! Super helpful and kind hearted and we’re working very hard. The young man even opened the door for me to leave when my hands were full with merchandise and my 2 year old, and took my buggy for me. I wasn’t able to catch their names. But this day in age, where no one will work, I needed to give them a shout out. In am still thinking about their kindness the next day!

I love going to this Arlington location. the staff are friendly and its a place I can actually be 9ja multi lingua. A little Yoruba mixed with little Ibo and top up with my authentic akara. I love this place!

Nice people working there. So far

First time in this place, as I'm new to the city. Rob and Madison were working registers. Both were polite, professional, and just positive energy all around. Absolutely amazed and proud that people like that still give their best foot forward!

This location had a wide variety of products. It was kept neat and the employees were friendly and sweet. Our cashier wished me a Happy Mother's Day and was very kind to my family.

This store was clean and had all of the things on the shelves that we sought. Once we approached the counter, there was a line of 3 customers. The cashier noticed and called for a backup cashier who arrived to decrease the wait time for check out. Our cashier was very friendly and accommodating to the children's inquiries during checkout (I don't recall her name ☹). A big thank you from me and my gbabies to the staff and the management who hired them. 😊

Dollar Tree near me is not the big store but it is still filled with all sorts of things I need or find. Today I found sheets of Parchment paper 25 sheets, two books for my summer reading, snacks, birthday cards, a metal cheese grater, glass salt and pepper shakers, I almost decided to get new dinner ware but I held back. A service set for 8 with dinner and salad plates, cereal bowls, and coffee mugs for $32. is a great price. I have not found what I like and this set was pretty close. The store was not crazy busy but enough people were there finding all sort of goodies. The cashier was very friendly and that makes the shopping a good experience.

Adorable Halloween finds and the staff were very helpful and polite. Clean, well organized store! It's worth a visit for sure.

Very neat/well organized store. I was able to get in and out quickly since everything was in the correct place. This is also one of the bigger Dollar Tree stores so you are likely to find more stuff at this location.

We were not having good day so i ran in here to pick up some stuff for my kids to try to forget the day. little toys to take their mind off the day. I dropped my last 20.00 for the pay period in the store somewhere and when i got to register i realized. i searched all over the store and my small children were disappointed. i broke down in tears bc it seemed like it wasn't ever going to end and an employee there offered to pay for my transaction. I love them for that. my kids were happy and so was I after that.

Got everything I needed and getting ready to cook for Thanksgiving 💜 Check out everyone was so nice , and got to donate toys to kids of military family. It was clean, organized and everything I needed was a dollars and recyclable. 🎉🎊

I never have a negative experience at Dollar tree. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I like the bigger ones because they have a larger stock. The smaller ones sho not have a refrigerated section , or frozen food section.
